Changes in preseason and season 9

I’ve prepared a compendium of upcoming changes in season 9 in League of Legends. There aren’t many pieces of information on the gameplay changes yet, but Riot released a number of competitive and ranked information sometime in April.

Not sure if i'm looking forward to the seperate ranks for each role, I can only play one role as it is

 

How do I access your compendium?
I am aware of ELO for each role separation, and I can't wait to play it!
As a jungle main for 4 seasons, I always wanted to play other roles, but I never wanted to let anyone else to by jungle, as everyone else ruins it.

 

I dont like the elo separation for each role
