    • Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:I purchased gold through another company after I placed the order they said i wasnt allowed to do a high order because I was new. they said they would refund my account. later that day I found divica so I went with them. got the gold no problems. I checked my bank and realized the 1st company never refunded me so I disputed what I thought was the 1st company but was divica. I never got an email from divica or anything asking about it. was not trying to do anything malicious was just an honest mistake. I can try to retrieve the transactions so you can see for yourself. if anything is needed to view I'm more then happy to show just prefer to PM info and not post personal info here.

    Funny thing actually, your Sythe account was hacked in Dec 21, 2017 and Mar 30, 2018 so if you were to return to the Sythe community I'll require you to set up 2 step verification (https://www.sythe.org/account/two-step) which should prevent this from happening. I also advice you to change your password.

    I have pictures of how the dispute was handled there was 0 communication from divica until the very end. if they would have emailed me asking what's going on I could've explained it was a mistake. i have screenshots of everything to collaborate and you could see how it was just an honest mistake. the PayPal dispute was in the sellers favor for obvious reasons. wasnt trying to be sneaky was honest mistake. if I could have a Moderators discord I could send over what I have.

    March 14th email sent to seller and to buyer advising dispute created. case escalated to PayPal March 17th. on March 17th email sent to buyer and seller and waiting on seller response. another email sent to seller march 19th which then they provide evidence and case closed March 21st. never once did divica email me personally. they sent 1 email proving evidence that i got the gold which I'm not disputing the reason for dispute was I thought they were another seller who after I paid the money said they refunded me which I didn't see refunded. I have transcripts from PayPal and a screen shot of my PayPal transactions that show I purchased gold from another site and then divica then several days later refund showed up from 1st seller after I accidentally did dispute with divica. in my mind I was disputing with 1st seller to get my money back. when I found out it was wrong seller I disputed the dispute was already over. 0 money lost on either side. honest mistake.
