Explanation of the trade:
I bought 3 league accounts from his website Buy League of Legends Accounts - LoL Smurf - LoL PBE Account



How they scammed:
I thought the accounts were safe so I also purchased RP for champs/skins. For the last 2 months I stopped playing the accounts and when I tried to login last week I found out that the account I paid €35.99 for was disabled for "suspicious activity" and couldn't be recovered. I tried contacting them multiple times but only got a response once, but they refused to refund me.

I purchased $70 worth of RP on the account that was randomly disabled, so even if they refund me for the account I'm still down $70 because they seem to be selling sketchy accounts (could be stolen, resold, etc?)

And i dont see this as a scam, the accounts might be getting banned, very low chance, usually around 1-2%. The accounts are never 100% safe, even if handleveled, if you get reported / riot check, there is a low chance of getting banned.

Thats a normal thing about a 1-2%, the ban code i saw was for sharing, this mean you shared in 3 months with someone or they spotted it was sold.

I have large amount of positive feedbacks and never had any big issue with anyone.
You might inform you better in that type of situations.

I request to an admin to close it since he was alrdy replaced as our policy says: we choose beetwen a refund or a replacement, and in this case, since we had an available account, we replaced.

The user claiming that he tried to contact us many times, when he did it just 1 time and we instant replied via email!

So in all that i dont see a scam, @Killswitch

Looking to fix this issue asap, because i dont deserve a such thing because im offering the best service as account seller, and no one of other website it's fair and fast as im doing.

Everyone loves my service for that reason.

 

Never shared the account and my IP hasn't been changed.

My choice to use your website cost me $115 for this one account, and probably more if the other accounts get locked also. I don't want a replacement account for this reason. They don't seem safe and I don't want to spend time farming essence or buying RP for champions when the account is randomly locked and unrecoverable later on. If you can't recover the account you sold me I would rather accept a refund than a temporary account.

Contacted your live chat multiple times, the first time it said your live chat was online I sent a message and waited maybe an hour without a response, only got a response once where I was told to send an email.

 

@I Love Play Vayne You are responsible for the accounts you sell (unless stated otherwise in your TOS / an extended period of time has passed in which sometimes exceptions have been made).

Killswitch and yourself both seem to acknowledge the TOS linked above so we'll go with that. A replacement for the account in question sounds solid however you'd still have to cover the loss of RP assuming there's enough proof.

Any chance you can provide us with better proof that links the payments for RP to the account that is now banned?

 

@Panda we do not cover any RP purchase.

We cover the things we provide, later if the user buy RP, we cant cover it, and no one would.

The account probably got banned for his own fault, because it took many months, so i dont see why i should cover the RP.

I didnt told to him to buy the RP. I can cover what i provide, not for something external.

I already replaced so the case it's done.

 

The accounts are pretty safe, as i told you im the best website in that, sometimes can happen, 1-2 accounts out of 100.

Im 100% sure you didnt bought those 70$ RP in this account.

Your accounts seem to be so safe that they have a chance to get disabled randomly for no fault of your customer, and if they purchase RP on the account I guess they are just fucked.

I did not accept the replacement account because as I said before, I'm not interested in a temporary account.

 

Well, maybe you dont understand that you cant do that, and if riot spot you bought the account, they can ban you.

1-2%, this mean 1, max 2 accounts gets banned out of 100 it's pretty low and safe.

Im not here anyway to change your mind and the accounts are not temporary but lifetime, you should inform yourself better before purchasing something. You cant blame the seller.

In those 3 months who know what you did, maybe an eloboost or something as that which ended to get you banned, i was more than fair to offer a replacement without asking for anything in a return since i dont cry for 35.99, i got plenty of people always coming back to buy more and more since im the most legit website.

Please provide back the replacement and i refund you the account costs.

Remember an account that gets banned for this reason, if it happen after so long time it's buyer fault, but as i said, i still even helped you without giving a fuck because the satisfaction of my custumers it's the first thing.

I dont see a reason to blame me since i instantly helped and provided a replacement meanwhile other server dont even reply. I even fixed the issue 3 days before you opening that.

Email me the account i replaced back and i will do a refund to you.

After discussing this report with another staff member we came to the conclusion that there is insufficient proof to tie the RP purchases to the locked account and as such we can not hold Vayne accountable for this.

Seems like you're both pointing towards a refund in general, feel free to start this process and let me know once @Killswitch has been refunded!

 

Still waiting on a refund. I haven't touched the replacement account so he still has it.
