Besides that he's advertising the phone number "+447500771423" which leads back to the UK while all his IP's come from Canada, Ukraine and Russia (most are proxies).

Also found a result on Hackforums though that one was removed, not exactly sure why.

EDIT: Probably worth noting, most of his Shoppy feedback is most likely fake. It's impossible to see who posted what exactly, but you can clearly see the use of words everyone uses; nobody left any less than 5 star feedback and the one that did, accused him of scamming to later on give him a 5 star feedback? Who would give someone a 5 star feedback rating if he had to wait one entire day to receive the correct code? Alos worth noting; the second response has all kinds of letter symbols (comma's, exclaimation marks) while the first scam accusation has not. Also worth noting is that both feedbacks required an actual purchase of the product (note: verified purchase) so it wouldn't surprise me that once paid for the product you'll basically get nothing or just something else.
