    I noticed I’m unable to post there, yet. What are the requirements to be able to? Nothing mentioned about that in the F.A.Qs.

    You should be able to access the spam forums. Although you have been issued a home ip TWC. You will need to provide proof that you're posting from a home IP to a mod to get the TWC removed.
