    Hello, so recently playerauctions user AttackPrince has bought one of the accounts of me. After i delivered him the account, sent information, changed email, he ignored me. Today i log in to my Playerauctions and see that my order has been terminated. PLEASE SEND ME DISBURSEMENT, BECAUSE I HAVE DELIVERED ACCOUNT TO HIM! ORDER ID : 4154380
    MY PA USERNAME : GALIATHRS

    Hey there. For this, I was able to check on the order and your buyer was suspended on our platform. As protocol, we terminate orders like these and mediate on them. Please submit proof of your delivery (the one you showed here can be sent), just reply back to the email our staff sent you. Once it's established that you were able to deliver the account, your payment will be queued. Sorry for the hassle with this; let me know if you have questions.

    @PlayerAuctions I bought an account from RsProdigy96 (2nd account) and both of the accounts were recovered. the first one, i was refunded for. however, when this one was recovered today, i went to open a dispute. and it appears he has deleted his profile?? anything i can do?

    I have 100% positive feedback. This customer just bought account and said: I dunno about this. i bought the account and dunno.
    Several months have passed ... but Playerauctions considers the neutral feedback to be negative feedback. [​IMG]
    I don't want negative feedback for nothing..

After i've done that - my order has been terminated.I HAVE MESSAGED PLAYERAUCTIONS, AND YOU, AND BOTH OF YOU TOLD ME TO EMAIL THE PROOF OF DELIVERY TO PLAYERAUCTIONS. I DID THAT, AND NOW I GET A REPLY TO SUBMIT DISPUTE ON SITE. BUT THERE WAS NO SUCH THING AS SUBMIT DISPUTE AS THE ORDER WAS TERMINATED. WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO SCAM ME ON THE MONEY??? PLEASE SEND ME MY DISBURSEMENT RIGHT NOW!

    Ive sent you a PM about a trade. (with a order ID etc)

    I bought gold -> Seller did not deliver, opened a dispute since seller claimed he gave me the gold. He also said he video'd the whole trade. But thats a lie, and he yet to show this ''video'' since i have NOT traded him.

    I actually won the dispute, and now my refund is still on hold, because the seller is still claiming he gave me the gold????

    Why did i ''win'' the dispute if no refund is given..... this is just a plain up scam

    Hello there. I checked on order 4120996 and I can see that this is currently in a dispute. Rest assured that your seller being suspended at PA has nothing to do with your situation because we were able to put a hold on his payment.     For reviews like these, I'm sorry but we cannot intervene with removals. All users have a maximum of (1) opportunity to revise or delete their reviews; Kindly contact the other user to ask him/her to have that revised. If you really think the review is unfair, like for example you were able to deliver the order for this correctly and 100%, you can file for a report about the review by contacting [email protected]. Kindly mention the order ID for it, the user who wrote the review, as well as a link or screenshot of the review --- and finally the reason why you think it's improper. Please note that not all reported reviews are deleted. This is HEAVILY subject to scrutiny, and you will most likely get told to ask the other user to revise it, just like I did --- just to set your expectations.

    Hey there, I sent you a reply up above and you might have missed it. The reason the order was terminated is because, as per protocol, the other user was suspended on our platform and we have to manually stop the order to prevent the money from moving. Kindly reply back to the email our team sent you and kindly show proof that you were able to deliver the account. The reason for this is because your buyer would no longer be able to do this since he's already banned, so we need to confirm the delivery from you directly. Please note that the payment is still on hold and your buyer is not scheduled to receive a refund yet, so kindly send in the evidence required by the team so we can process your payment.

    Hello there. If you received confirmation that you are due to receive a refund, then that's how it should be. Let me check the order ID from my inbox. The only problem with this if you agreed on a refund and placed 0% as the value, because the value range for that can variate --- some buyers are open with a 10% refund, 20%, and so on. But let me check just to be sure.

    The reason this even happened in the first place was because whenever i tried to process a payment it said payment failed. I called my bank and they said everything was fine and same with paypal..

    Hello manerisme. A 404 error usually indicates a suspended account. Please get in touch with our Trust team by emailing [email protected] so they can let you know the reason why your account is suspended and if there are reinstatement options for it. As for the payment failure, it has nothing to do with your payment account. I'm sorry but this is due to an anti-fraud security system in place on our site. If an account is flagged for security reasons, the system declines the payment. Really sorry about this but our security team has tightened the system in order to comply with anti-fraud measures.

    @PlayerAuctions I emailed ur report email 3 days ago about the account "Accountkings" on PA - We have received 23 PM's/DM's asking if that is us(No exaggeration) - I've received no response - What am I suppose to do about this? He is ripping our branding by using our name and we are literally being asked daily if this is us.

    Please resolve this.

    i just finished a dispute with PA over an account I had bought. The account is no longer in my possession, and they award the seller with dispute... totally unfair!

    Hello playerauctions i really need help i sold an account on playerauctions and the buyer confirmed that he had received the account and opened a dispute after a couple days saying he lost the account when that is impossible due to the fact he had 2 step verification on the account so my question is how long would the dispute last i have submitted SUFFICIENT evidence that he is not telling the truth the dispute number is

    It's not a problem with your payment option so you can definitely still use it outside of PA. It's a security system on our site that flags accounts for anti-fraud matters and declines the payments. I am really sorry but as per our risk management policies, we cannot divulge the exact information as to why payments are declined.

    Hello Divine, I am terribly sorry the staff handling the reports are currently on a 1-day leave. I'll make sure they're notified by tomorrow so they can quickly get back to your concern. One thing I can speak for is that usernames are hard coded into our database, so changing that won't be a possibility. What I can see happening is asking the user to place a disclaimer that he does not represent acckings.com or any of its staff --- but this has to be done by AccountKings since we cannot invade anyone's profile content unless there is any offense.

    I'm very sorry miaro but even with insurance, cases still require evidence from our buyers, and it has to be compelling in order to validate the claim. If there is any assistance I can provide during this, just let me know through PM.

    Hello there, Jhonny. I can see from my end that order 4166701 is still on-going. Your dispute is at it's 40+ hour mark give or take, and disputes last for around 72+ hours. If no decision can be made after that, one of our staff will step in to decide the case based on evidence submitted. In the dispute, since the buyer was the one who claimed not being able to access the account after the sale, then he/she is the one required to submit evidence. The fact that you submitted evidence is a bonus, so that will play into factor and if your buyer isn't able to prove that he/she lost access due to your negligence or reclamation of the account, then this case will be closed in your favor.
