PlayerAuctions Issues Resolution Thread

I'm going to report all 20 or 30 of the people who bought my 1.5 billion over this week to get them banned also. I am just going to get everyone I can banned until I get my money. You will get a serious amount of complaints when these people lose their account tomorrow. Some of them will lose over 5,000 dollars and their account which could be worth even more and probably is to a lot of them considering how much they bought from me.

 

Starting tomorrow, I will get each of their accounts banned, one ever hour until I get my money back. This is messed up because these people bought from me and confirmed delivery, unlike that guy. He was the only one out of 20. Well I did have to threaten the guy who took my 15 dollars to do this to get it from him, no joke. He played it off like he wasn't paying attention, but he saw how angry I got and he knew his account was about to go bye bye and it wasn't worth it. This is super dirty and a horrible thing to do, but it is the only thing that makes me feel better and has any chance of working. I think I can get everyone's account banned on your whole site nearly to be honest.

 

I'm just going to start buying gold to collect people's names to get them banned. Don't buy gold here in the next day or two as I am just collecting names to get a mass ban on their site.

 

I'm going to post every person I get banned on here as proof after I do it, you'll see about 20 of your highest end buyers banned forever tomorrow.

 

Can you please look into this case for me as well and advise what has become of the seller "Adm1t"?

 

The fact that you think me being a multi millionaire in real life is hard to believe tells me you're a pretty big loser in real life. Sitting in some crappy apartment somewhere I bet at age 25? I played this game in 2001 and wanted to relive it for a little bit so I bought two billion gold and when I got bored I sold it, but selling it over a few hours was the problem, I got stolen from right away. My best business award in the whole city is "Best of Portland" 1988. Was in the newspaper, on television too. Do you realize they have my address, my credit card, my social security number and a photo copy of my bills? My power bill is 12,000 a year to one of my three houses. I'm not even really talking to you as you're just some 20 year old kid. I'm talking to the people at Player Auctions who can see how rich I am as they have all my information. This isn't even a debate as they can see all this for themselves. I'd also tell you my girlfriend has been on the front page of National Geographic, is also a multi millionaire and meets with the VP every week as she runs 10,000 employees to the military base she runs, but that would blow your loser mind.

 

I cleaned up this thread and @Austin710 is banned for threats he made (which I left undeleted). I left a couple posts up for the memories though

 

But do you know who he is and how successful his businesses are?! I'd be scared if I were you!

Sorry I forgot you mentioned about this in PM too. I'm relieved to report that Adm1t is already suspended at PlayerAuctions around August, 2018. The case is related to game account reclamation, and I suspect it was your case too but I couldn't check the full logs since it's on a different agent account, but if you'd like I can consult this with the support team first thing tomorrow.

Hi @PlayerAuctions I have an issue that needs to be resolved: orderid: 4142012. I paid with BTC but the order was cancelled and I am in contact with the seller and he says he hasnt received anything so he cant deliver until you resolve it.

Its been over 24 hours since I paid please resolve this and confirm it.

Hello @PlayerAuctions I need help with an account recoverer that needs to be resolved and I am ready to provide whatever information you need. It is an Old School RuneScape account. I think this guy has actually been banned now because he's stolen so many accounts (all of his offers are gone) but I'm not sure. Your committee actually ruled against my dispute, but I'm not too sure how. I need my hard earned $100USD back I'm a broke *** student!

Hi again. Sorry for replying just now. I was able to check on that user again but unfortunately I do not have access to his records on our end, as it is being handled by our Risk Management team. What I did instead is ask if any of the incriminations for him came from your account with us, Berco, but unfortunately they didn't find any links (although they did acknowledge that you had an order and dispute with the same user, Adm1t). I'm very sorry but beyond this, I don't think there is any more I could do, Berco.

Hello Zack. Upon checking, I see that the case for this order has already been closed. I'm sorry but you won't be able to send any evidence for this anymore. To answer your question, our team needs proof in the form of a screenshot of a correspondence from the game publisher, be it via email or Twitter. In that correspondence/message, the game publisher must mention the specific username and that the account was reclaimed by the original owner. I'm really sorry but the dispute is already permanently closed for this.

The email login he provided me was different to the one he provided to you.

He gave me [email protected] whereas the details I received from PA had [email protected]

 

ok @PlayerAuctions I decided to buy another account...

account info which he provided in the email does not work (incorrect user / password) and the guy is not responding. Besides that, he took like a whole day to get the info to me despite his '20 min guarantee' delivery time. Can you shoot him a priority email or something? I just don't want to get scammed out of $100 again.

@PlayerAuctions 07_accs recovered the account i bought from them and wont respond to my dispute i have insurance so i expect a full refund i have sent screenshots and everything. got on today and the account is online so idk what to do i have sent you a pm and you dont respond either.

Hello again, sorry for replying just now. I was able to check the same message in your screenshot but unfortunately, with this I can't discern if he gave you a different one. For security reasons, we cannot access the details of the game account email being sent to you by PlayerAuctions. I'm sorry about this. For reference (mostly mine), the order ID with this is 3475643. What I did is resend the game account info to your mail so you can personally check if there's anything different. Sorry I'm not able to provide assistance beyond this.

As per checking, all of them were cancelled from the end of the buyer since all reached the 1st notice for delivery guarantee expiration. This means the buyers received no response for their orders, so all orders received fees for your end. I'm sorry but this is irreversible, even the negative feedback anyone may have written for you. The only time we can take out the negative review is if there were no delivery guarantee expiry, and if you were able to confirm delivering on all.

Hey there, Merry. Please contact the game publisher and ask them about the status of your account. Do not mention that you bought it. In the same mail that they mention the username/email of the account, they need to state that the game account was reclaimed by the original owner, then send that to us while the dispute window is still open. I'm very sorry but even with insurance, buyers are still required to send in proof of a reclamation as explained in our disclaimer here: https://i.imgur.com/xuvAhYo.png
