The discord I bought got banned but as you can see it says you cannot create another discord. If we look at his sig he has: Dropperz / GG Dicers Fc - Discord Me is his discord which I am banned from. I would like either $500 back or I can take the discord I'm fine with either, thanks.

according to our agreement he should not have any involvement at all in the creation of any discord that is to do with rs gambling.

 

I didn't create the discord, someone else created it and gave me ownership. Theres no part of the agreement that states someone else can't create another discord and then transfer me ownership. I can provide the logs and everything showing Yugiohnascar created the discord and decided to give me ownership.

 

Feel free to PM me those so we can wrap this up

 

I spoke with an admin and came to the conclusion that we have to take the terms you both agreed to by the letter of the law; as long as dropperz doesn't actually create a new server he doesn't violate those terms.

 

Hello this report will be re-opened shortly to update our ruling

 

@Daddy Dropperz The terms you agreed to when selling your discord group to @RS Crown were clear in which you agreed to no longer own/manage a discord group.
Having someone else create a discord group and then transferring it to you is clearly an attempt to loophole your way around these terms mentioned before and you could at the very least have asked @RS Crown for permission to do so.

Tldr you broke agreement and will have to issue a full refund to @RS Crown.
