Bought a handleveling service, account was banned for macroing

Hi I recently bought a Handleveling service from Kataal877 for 38-60 mining for $10, He had recently gotten me 80-90 strength for around 40m no issues, but this time around my account was banned for macroing, this is what Kataal877 had to say:

man believe me that this scks. I was having issue with my net connection and for 10-15min my vpn got dc and i didn't notice
that was enough for jagex to ban the account for a ridicolous reasson
since i have all folder proof, i think u can use it with jagex in case u need

The only reason the logs arnt really proof is because I know bots that don't come with a client, They inject themselfs into the client itself.

im sorry that this happen, im upset aswell. Since jagex hunt venezuelan ip. When ever u can please read more about how jagex hunt us. I run a bussnies and why should i bot an account and put in risk my main job my way of living

either way man, you can check vouches i have done large jobs. And this make me upset that for some venezuelan, jagex hunt us

because lot venezuelan bot for goldfarmin-rwt

but jagex just ban for "macroin"

not for goldfarmin-rwt

they just check venezuelan ip and boom banned for macroin

Really sucks, spent a lot of time and money on this account, just to lose it because I didn't want to grind mining.
Before this, Kataal877 was very polite and had low prices, so I guess that's what I get for trying to find the cheapest service. Should I report him? If so, how?

It doesnt make sense that jagex will ban an acc for having a Venezuelan ip ,thats a complete lie and if this were to be true it will be banned under the "gold farming rwt" category however I dont see a point on you reporting him since for what I can see he is saying he got screens of all the lvls and he already refunded you the cost of the service

 

had same problem with him before, he refunded me tho so i didn't worry about it
