    The user in question is multi-quoting vouches in order to make it appear that he is more trusted than he is when this is simply not the case.

    Here is some proof taken from his vouch thread:

    You can clearly see some of the vouches say the exact same thing i.e. the one from Bromide + mmm and if you click them you can clearly see that they take you to the exact same vouch.

    Those are assumptions, unless you have proof of him taking advantage of this situation there's nothing we can do here. I'm fairly sure more users do as he does and I actually don't have a problem with it.
