Reporting "Marquez Sykes"

Went to sell him an OSRS Ironman account with roughly 255M bank value.
Had given username and password, with full access to the bank pin.
He said Western Union payment was made, but it never came.
He logged off Discord shortly after, when he said he was "getting a coffee".
He is still on the account right now, I presume drop-trading all of the items at the moment.

Just a real shame, thought people were somewhat trustworthy and reasonable on this website but it's just virtual gold so it's whatever I guess.

Please let me know if I need additional information for this report and what to provide and I will provide it when I get around to it.
