Dispute: "Hio"

I made this Sythe account over ten years ago when I was like 12, my older brother always played RuneScape and used sythe. But he wasn't a trustworthy user and would scam people for RSGP, he eventually got his account banned and started using mine ( I was the younger brother and I didn't know he would use it for negative purposes..), also getting it banned. Here I am over 10 years later, and I have some accounts I would like to sell that I've worked hard on. He doesn't live with me anymore so there is no factor of scamming at this point.
