Hi, My Sythe profile is above ! I have recently decided to return to Sythe after committing some foolish offences roughly 5 years ago, I have established myself on PA with nearly 7000 positive reputation and am looking to return to Sythe and pay my debts, would staff be able to help me out and determine what debts might be owed (?), I dont mean to bother anyone but I'd like to request my original reports be re-reviewed as I feel that might not be up to Sythes standards and one involves a rather disliked member of the community who I dont believe constitutes any debt due to him not being a sythe member, If staff could determine what reports hold up to their standards and inform me of the total debt owed to community repayment that would be fanatastic . Thank you!

For the record, you can't dispute your ban 5 years later. If you were wrongfully banned, you need to have disputed that years ago. If you are going to wait 5 years to pardon, you have accepted your ban reasons as valid and are looking to make amends

 

Hi @video @Wortel I understand that I cannot dispute an offence after 5 years, I am requesting that you guys properly gather the total debt owed by ME(I am not the profiles Wortel linked for example, I would confess it if I was, infact you can literally see one of the profiles Wortel claimed I was and my profile talking with one another HERE: Name Sniper ) so I clearly am not who Wortel said he thought I was above. I'm not disputing my REAL bans(even if they were wrongful) but I'm also not going to pardon and pay debts for accounts that were not mine, I'm happy to repay MY debts but I am not going to repay someone elses when I simply am not them. I also dont think I should have to pay the debts owed to Chad that I have a sythe report for considering he's not a member of this forum anymore but thats up to you guys. I am still awaiting someone to properly pull my reports together and total them for me, if staff pull an account thats not mine I will let you know. I'm willing to fully repay what I owe as I said but please carefully audit what your holding me liable for as so far I've been accused of being people I defintely am not.

 

Hi @video @Wortel I have been informed that due to my IP being linked to fcpl0x(He was once over at my house IRL), that I would end up being liable for his accounts/actions, I guess we can just proceed with this acting under the assumption I am him, I want to be unbanned over everything else so I guess if I have to pay debts that are not mine, I will do so. I have no way that I can think of to prove that FCpl0x is not me unless you consider this to be valid which shows us talking back and forth: Name Sniper which shows we are not the same person but I understand I likely have a IP match to him. I'm willing to step up and pay his debts if I have to (hopefully they are not to large) but I just want it on the record that while I will take responsbility for him and his actions due to the IP link and MSN link, I am not him. I just want staff to know that.

 

Hi @video @Wortel I know the 2 posts I just made seem to contradict each other, after talking to someone I realized that I will likely get held liable for being him regardless, my first post was about stressing I am NOT him, but after learning it could potentially ruin my unban I made my second post after deciding it will be easier just to take responsbility for him I guess, I cant prove im not him but I will pay his debts so I can get unbanned, I do just want to stress though I AM NOT THOSE ACCOUNTS even though I'll pay the debts for them.

 

Unfortunately since you did choose to wait so long to post about this you will be held liable for any scams on those accounts

All yours now @video; the whole situation around Harleigh and the other scam report involving namesniping is too complicated for me while still having a cold.

Possibly relevant is this dispute: Ban Dispute
The email mentioned there is "[email protected]" which was claimed to be sold 2 years before that dispute in this thread.

However in this dispute you confirm you were involved in doxing and the use of booters. In that dispute it appears you also owe @KingNaruto because of namesniping. He's been banned now so if there's a debt here it'll have to go to community repayment fund, just like the first report listed.

The story line of the scamming-

-ZgangZ gets Harleighs IP.
- Wolf Sells Harleigh a Blue Phat and shorts him 100m.
- ZgangZ finds out about Harleigh debt and lets wolf know he can hit him off and pay him back.
- Zgangz hits off harleigh for his Blue phat.
- Zgangz gives Wolf the 100m rs3 he was scammed.
- Harleigh starts building up trust and rep on sythe and Wolf reports him because he doesnt like Harleigh getting big when he's a scammer.
- Harleigh pays the 100m debt to Wolf. Wolf has now double collected on his 100m owed.
- Zgangz and wolf have a falling out and wolf is reported by zgangz
- Wolf is banned and pardons.

Now heres were I come in.
- I purchase an account from Harleigh.
- Harleigh recovers said account and I refund $1200 to the victim.
- Harleigh was original owner and admitted to the scam.

Now Zgangz wants to pardon for his previous actions.
- Zgangz owes Harleigh a blue but because Harleigh scammed me that debt is to be paid to me.

I'll link all the necessary threads proving all of this. Including zgangz admitting it himself when reporting wolfrunescape and the threads showing Harleigh scammed me.

( Also just for shits and giggles. Zgangz is not Fcplox. They were gay together and zgangz visited his home I believe.) Dont mix those two up.

TLDR: Harleigh was scammed a blue by ZgangZ, and that debt goes to me since Harleigh scammed me.
