    What was Sythe Like During its prime
    Was there ever a prime for Sythe, like when it was most popular? I've only ever been active 2013-2014 and then 17-18. First acct I forgot the email password so created a new one 1.5 yrs ago. Forums are obv not as popular now that there is tons of other platforms.

    Just curious if there was a time when Sythe was boomin with active users and fanbase

    Back in the day you had to pay @video (was the only general admin) $15 per thread posted in the market section. Funds went to the sites advertising campaign.

    You could also pay for Mod. That's how everyone became staff.

    Sythe himself would also middleman transactions over $1k, but took a 50% cut as a fee.

    It was better.

    I wish I could of been here for its old days, some of the stuff in the archives really makes this site feel more like a family than a bunch of broken sectors with everyone at each others throats. When I joined there were still people here who would just do services just to be nice, gold sites were a lot more friendly and everyone were just nicer in general tbh, I'm far from an oldfag but even I can dramatically tell the difference between sythe 2014 and sythe 2018.

    Oh how I wish I could of found this site 2-4 years earlier.
