Explanation of the trade: Contacted user about purchasing my account as I knew how to difficult it is to sell accounts as an untrusted account seller.
How they scammed: User gave me a 2 week time period, which would've been 8/24/18. He proceeded to tell me he was having Paypal issues, each day saying that he hopes to have it resolved. He also said if he didn't have it resolved he would return the account. I yesterday told the user I would even be willing to do OSRS gold, and told me he must be Paypal. This is because I am the OO and now another user has all of my personnel information to recovery said account.

My paypal was just fixed last night, and I offered to return the account in case they couldn't (it was a serious limitation).

I've made multiple requests for him to confirm his paypal account to be paid and in regards to this report, but I have had no response from him

First slide says his paypal was completely unusable

 

I will gladly follow through will all of those threats as you've made a false report depending on the outcome (you agreed to wait for payment or i would return the account. My paypal was fixed late last night.

 

Payment was agreed on delivery for 8/24/18, every day after was me being patient/trusting you. After growing tired of waiting, I requested an alternate payment, OSRS GP. After requesting this, you over night declared you only do Paypal. I then decided to post this. The above screenshots are the occurrence of what happened after I informed you of the posting, as well as your discovery of the posting.

 

You still made a false report even though you agreed to wait or take the account back. I don't purchase any account other than paypal for total security of my service and never will, which is what was initially agreed upon.

Regardless, either wait for the out come of the report or accept either A. the paypal payment or B. the account back (all agreed upon).

 

I believe those threats are a bannable offense unfortunately.. should be more careful with what you say

 

I understand but I am very clear with people on what happens when a false claim is made. These are accounts from random people afterall and I take the upmost precaution hosting the #1 high end osrs store in the world. Any false claim made against me is very detrimental to my business every second it remains open.

He will be pursued fully by local courts for financial loss and emotional distress caused by this false report, as well as his rs account being banned not only for breaking an agreement, but also for making false report.

 

My previous comment was uncalled for. The user has been permanently banned for threatening to get your account banned
