Firstly, my logo was designed and sketched myself, it was line traced and created with law of degrees from inspiration work. It has clear adaption design including text, line angles and shape.

If the mod who banned me investigated this thoroughly they would notice this is no a “copy and paste and colour change”.

Secondly, why and how is this an issue if I had used someone’s work for my profile picture (i haven’t), if it’s not for monetary sake, because half of sythe have profile images of premade work/images. It was only last month I asked the discord about the summer mini rank comp, where I was informed “that’s how sythe works” when asking about copyrighted and premade work, I was given the all clear to enter copyrighted/google image into the competition so why on earth would I be banned for something you are suggesting is the same ( it isn’t but just an example)

Thirdly, I hope it’s nothing more than a mistake, because this is the first time I have witnessed something so outrageous on the forum. A flat ban, with no warning or contact of asking about it ( i could of proved everything otherwise) and a month? This has not only stopped my income, but potentially harmed my rep in the doing ( I’ve had customers refund and cancel because of this “ban”)

I want this taken seriously, as it is beyond stupid at this point. I also am in the process of my PR team app, which is clearly going to be rejected by this nonesense.

Hi, this shark was commissioned for someone else here: Shark Logo - it is exactly as the same one displayed in your logo.

Spinning this off as your own work is a problem.

There was misinterpretation and issue with the sticky in the gfx section but it has been cleared.
