• Ban evading on this account which was actually created by a previous employee and I initially didn't have access to it so it wouldn't be ban evading but I decided to post on this account so it's open information. I also noticed that an account called "White Wolf" was listed as an additional account and with all honesty I can't even remember the information to that account and I also don't really remember why I made that account but I think it was so I could view the appeal status since I wasn't able to see it at all.

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

• About a year ago myself and “A Broken man” did a trade, I was banned within 20 minutes after completing a trade with him on Pk-honor (RSPS Private server) and it seems so coincidental for it to have just been a coincidence. I trusted my gut and thought “A Broken man” was working with the owner of Pk-Honor to catch RWT. So just like anyone else I felt I was at risk to a scam so, I posted a report. A couple hours after I posted the report “A Broken man”, messaged me and he explained the situation and he was banned on the server as well. He also showed me proof to which I profusely begun to apologize to him for opening a false scam report. It was completely my fault for jumping to that conclusion all of the pieces fell in place adding up to it, but I was wrong. He messaged me "Just change the title to Resolved and that should be it" I proceeded to do so and thought nothing more of it, I logged out of Sythe for the day. When I tried to log back into my account afterwards I had been banned, reason - "Extortion/attempted scamming" Which caught me off guard, I did not once ask for GP or cash, I once again apologized to “A Broken man” saying it was my fault for making assumption as I said earlier. I will be providing discord logs of the conversation “A Broken Man” and I are in the middle of a major miscommunication. I have never scammed anyone in my years of selling gold nor extorted money. I am a reputable gold seller and would not risk my reputation for any amount of GP. I have never scammed while on this forum all I want to do is continue making friends and continue buying and selling gold. I am also adding the complete chats between him and myself, so you can see the full story without it being disorganized as last time.
  
  Since this incident occurred I have been trying to understand (Which I do understand why the initial ban was issued due to my disorganization of the report) why the ban was issued. I have never scammed anyone on this forum or other forums/trading sites, please try to see the situation from my point of view.I never had any malicious intent towards anyone nor was I trying to harm anyone's business and I plead to you to please pardon this one offense I had and continue to let me conduct business here on Sythe I can assure you there will never be an issue with me again here.
  
  I try to be as honest as possible but I am human and I do make mistakes and by no means am I saying I'm not a fault here but I am saying I would appreciate and be very thankful if you can allow this incident to be pardoned and I will be willing to make a public apology if you should so want one.

No, absolutely not I am not a scammer in anyway what so ever and if you check Hackforums for any disputes against me they were all closed or resolved and I have nothing against my account.


I am more than willing to answer any questions you have what so ever I am an open book and I'll completely honest since I really want to use sythe again seeing as my business needs it as well.

E-whoring is still against the rules, just like admitting to scamming is, aswell as hacking websites etc. Do you have any proof of refunding every user you have scammed in the past on Hackforums?

All of those profiles will be held responsible for your offences, regardless of who they belong to. You can take that as an after-effect of account-sharing, which is very much against the rules here, if you haven't noticed.

Could've easily been fixed by opening the website in an incognito tab.

Your friend @Swip3rHF is currently a banned user (DNT) here aswell so I suggest you advice him to make a pardon aswell if your intentions are to advertise your website here (which is not allowed if the rest of your staff is banned here). Are any of your other friends also registered on Sythe? Also, why did you fail to mention that you've had another account here which was banned for blackhat activities aswell, serious activities which were obviously forbidden here?

 

Just adding here that Nate (Rolo) was recently still active in E-Whoring activities, Waeel was recently interested in DOXing activities, Bloody's Hackforums profile doesn't work, Hollow was into RATs in 2010 and I'm most likely missing out on other stuff.

Question One: Blackhat activity revolving around my Hackforums Account.

Regarding my past blackhat activity that was reported on my account "Arctic Wolves" (Which I forgot I had that account because during that time I was arguing with Omniscience because he merged my account with another since we had one matching IP and this was because we both used the same VPS) and I cannot prove this as Omni doesn't really give reasons or tell you when he does something. I personally haven't ever E-Whored nor would I even know how to start nor have I ever blackmailed anyone and I have no idea how to crack password hashes (You'd have to take my word for that). Regarding the RATTING, JDB, and SQLi yes I was interested in those almost 7 years ago but I have no interest in those that so ever now as you can see from looking at my posting history.

Question Two: Do you have any proof of refunding every user you have scammed in the past on Hackforums?

I can prove they were all repaid if money was taken from them and you can read the thread which all of them have been resolved with the person and see they confirmed payment was received which you can see in the following screenshots (You should also know that most of these were during a time where I was nowhere near as mature as I should have been but I have been trying very hard to correct my wrongdoings) We all make mistakes and I'm not perfect nor is anyone else but as a person we should learn and grow from our past rather than lingering on it:

Question four: Why I didn't mention it?

Because I 100% honestly forgot I even had the account (Last seen 2015) almost 4 years ago and back then I was rarely on Sythe I mostly just had the account to have one.

Yes, I had a "Sketchy" past but that is the past and lingering on things I did almost 8 years ago doesn't reflect on who I am today and if anything I believe that it would show you my growth as a human. Looking back on my actions when I was just barely out of high school I completely understand the things I did was completely unacceptable but over the years you can see the growth I had as a person and how my previous actions are not a reflection of who I am today.

I haven't read your storyline as I do not think it's relevant to this at all. We've had people pardoning after they scammed on Sythe and they were all about how they've sent money to charity lately etc. Even though some people will disagree I still believe that resolving what happened in the past is of more relevance than what kind of a human being you've become now. Your past, present and future all belong to you, so it doesn't matter at all if you're a saint now. You were a thief in the past and that's what the pardon section is about, resolving your past.

^ Just presenting examples here, you appear to have removed most if not all Imgur's from the thread you used to report ABM, which was a slick move as I am now unable to see what exactly has gotten you banned, but I'm considering @Champ as a well enough staff member to ensure the ban was warranted.

Either way, I'll review this a bit more into detail later, though I'll be making this pardon public so is there anything you'd like to be hidden before I do so (I'll censor the emails for sure)? I think it is relevant since the question asked "Why should we pardon you" was posed and I think it perfectly fits and gives a reason for what happened in the past to now.

Regarding the past:
I have no open deal disputes as they have all been resolved which I will show you below:

Regarding Champ:
The reason I was banned was that as he states http://prntscr.com/km17pz everything I presented was the exact same evidence but only this time I organized them to the fullest of my abilities and I sincerely was not trying to steal or take anything from ABM and I had no idea he held any animosity towards me I was completely in thrown off by it.

Regarding the accounts: Yes, there are no other accounts.

Regarding Rolo: He is no longer a member of my staff as he has been completely stripped of all his rights as a staff member of mine.

Regarding Censoring:
