    It's been a couple weeks, haven't received any response from support team. Please I'm asking don't let this guy who scammed me 300$, deleted his PA account, and got banned here on sythe keep my 300$.

    Hi @PlayerAuctions, my account rayjay2255 on PA was suspended for having a second account that I made over 6 years ago. I forgot about it.

    Unfortunately for me right before getting suspended, I fully delivered two orders summing up around $100 usd.

    My funds that are owed to me are sitting on a suspended account that I cannot access.

    I have tried sending tickets but they do not get answered/helped with.

    I hope we can get this resolved because that is my $100, and I am unable to claim it.

    Hey there. If you mean the dispute is already on-going and how much time you have until it is closed, it's 72 hours upon the start of the dispute. Once you send in valid evidence, the time of sending will be taken into consideration. Is it about an account reclamation issue? If so, my tip would be to send a screenshot of an email correspondence that says what happened to the account, something close to this: https://i.imgur.com/0YZRhOv.png. Let me know if you have other questions, and if you want, PM me the order ID so I can take a look at it for you.

    @PlayerAuctions well can you guys please do something about this 07 accs guy on your website , he's scammed multiple people and even put "insurance" in the accounts and yet you guys are still kissing his toes, please do something about this low life.

    oh no the people refuse to escalate the dispute for weeks and no responses for weeks and if they refuse to escalate or respond doesent that mean they accept that they seller is right shouldnt ie be auto closed in the favour of the seller? i was asking because a friend told me they where having issues with people opening bullshit disputes not responding escalating or closing and some sitting up for 1-2 weeks and counting

    It seems your login servers are having issues I've tried logging in PA twice today and both times its gotton stuck on that loading circle for 30+ minutes, logged in yesterday with no issue.

    Obviously its not my internet considering I'm sitting here online typing this while its stuck with 20+ tabs open and no issues with anything but PA.

    Not sure how many others are having this issue but I cant imagine I'm the only one, no error codes or anything, purely eternal loading circle, I'd ask your dev team to check if your login servers are working properly.

    Edit: After almost 20 minutes the second time I tried logging in I managed to get in, no idea if PA was just overloaded with traffic or what, its happened twice today though.

    So I just bought an account on Thursday and the seller already recovered the account. Its dispute case #35480
    My playeer auctions account name is wearning. Since opening the dispute this morning the account has gone from locked to now it shows I have the wrong password which means the original owner has succesfully recovered the account. I have all the evidence in the world that this has happened except for this magical email from jagex stating "original owner has recovered" The seller wont respond to a single message and I had 60m in items on the account so now I am out for more then just the $100 inveestment with all these insurance packages I purchased including the sellers 1 year buyer protection agreement which should be an instant win in my case. Who do I email at Jagex to get this last piece of information I need to throw in my dispute anyone know? @PlayerAuctions please.... don't make me an unsatisfied customer as I recognize this isn't the evil doing of your organization but that of the trolls of the internet that fail to realize that they just scammed a person out of real money. Help me win this case to get this person off your site.

    You cant get the last piece of evidence PA asks for, its why their insurance is a known scam.

    Jagex no longer offers email communication and does not acknowledge account activity's, the picture playerauction uses is ancient from a support team LONG past.

    Well if they decide in favour of the seller then its ridiculous.... Seller promised 1 year gurantee and then not even 4 days later he recovers. THIS IS A CLEAR SCAM. Lol. Dont know how they could side with seller in an instance like this. Just another reason why I'll never buy an account again. Too much of a headache. Thanks for taking time to reply to me though @Divine faster then @PlayerAuctions.

    Hello again, Johnny. Normally, yes; If the other user does not respond, the user who complained will be given the favor when the dispute closes. For game account reclamation cases though, if the buyer's evidence is insufficient, the seller's reply is no longer required, and it will still be closed on the seller's favor --- this can be a case to case basis, though. Could you PM me an order ID? I'd like to be able to look into it.

    Hello again, Divine. I've received reports that came in during the weekend that the site was loaded due to traffic. It became bottlenecked but this usually resolves itself after a while. Very sorry for the negative effect to your sales.

    It's possible that your account is suspended for a variety of reasons. Are you getting any error 404s? If so, please email [email protected]. If not, please try again today and see if it works. Sorry for the hassle.

    Hi, I've been having this problem for the past 2 weeks and already sent a private message to said support but got no answer, so, I'll try here now.

    So what's going on is; I can't for whatever reason create a selling offer post, I fill everything that it requires me to, give the right info about what I'm selling and tick everything I need to, but whenever I press the "Create new for sale offer" the page simply refreshes and that's it, nothing gets posted, everything I wrote disappears, I even checked on my profile if the offer was there and nothing. Since then I've tried a total of +10 times but the same thing keeps happening.

    Can you please help me with this?
