    Hello, i want to make a report of Chraus scamming me,
    He sold me HCIM runescape account while ago with 60 agility only on it.
    I trained 80 agility on it, canceled the HCIM status, recolored gracefuls and changed name to: Juristi.
    And he took the account back at. 8th, July 2018.

    Heres some pictures of our skype, and he also admit that he took the account back:

    And hes reselling the account atm:

    Hes skype name is: chrstndvs

    Account current name: SpareTheBees
    Account first names: Joseph Gallo, Mautonta, Juristi.

    He hasn't refunded me, or given the account back, and i've waiting 3 weeks for his reply, but hes only ignoring me and when i try to call him he just close the call, so theres only way reporting him.
