Damned12 Ban dispute #2(Pleae read)

Ive included two screenshots... one showing he still had these accounts on the 6th this month and one showing one of the emails approvals and registered email\new email i gave him when selling it... only after i reported for something else is then accused me of account recoverys.

Video... ive just checked the emails for these and accounts when you ask to recover account it shows you the email and they are defo not mine... i gave accountwarehouse .mail not hotmails. and i can proof this by the email approvals as it states the emails which are registered to these accounts when i first sold them.(Click here to see one of the accounts details when i sold it him)

like how can you even proof that ive changed them.. he could of easy changed them then just took a screenshot.... i got proof of him saying hes still got the two accounts on the 6th the same day and these are the same screenshots Paypal reviewed and is the reason too which i won my two Paypal disputes against accountwarehouse. Proof of this email when i trying to sell my 3rd account and he didnt tell me about a policy till hours after he took me through the 2nd approval.(Click here for picture)

Also what if he sold these accounts ? of course the person who buys it would change the email.(as i stated in my other threads im 110% sure he sold the level 95 because it wasn't listed 3 days after selling it to him on his website.. this was 2 weeks ago so that's the reason why the email may have changed if its not him trying to scam)

all i can see is sythe being corrupt again working with the big business allowing them get away with murder while people like me with under 500 posts get told there's nothing that can be done here... this isnt the first time hes done charge backs\refused to pay for accounts and it always seems to be done to the gullible people who no one will believe.... the proof is all over google when you type in "Accountwarehouse scam" its always done to the low post counted people and been happening since 2011.

you've banned me on here... so of course there is more you can do... if paypal says my proof is more then his then how can you say this too me ? if accountwarehouse has nothing to do with sythe and ive got to talk to him about this then why am i still banned.

not once have i been reported for anything in the past in my nearly 2 years on sythe and worked hard for my 70+ vouches by creating a swap business ingame and bringing my customers from the game to this website..... Divine @acckings still has 3 accounts which i sold him for £120+ before i even sold two to accountwarehouse and hes had no problems with them accounts at all... its really hard to believe i would recover two shit low level rs3 accounts but don't recover the three accounts ive sold divine which where two 110+ cmb and a 07 g mauler.

This needs to be looked into more... you cant just take words from a "business" because hes claiming i did something without actual proof anyone can change a email and make a screenshot and be like "oh hes recovered it back"

pretty sure divine would be reporting me for the two maxed rs3 accounts and 07 g mauler if i was trying to scam people and would not be wasting the last 3 days on sythe writing post after post.


@video also you asked him in my first report when i reported him for taking my 3rd accounts info if he told me about "2 account per person policy" or if he had it anywhere on his website..... there was nothing said to me until he offered me a price and after i submitted my account details and there was nothing on his website with this rule.... so i have no idea why you didn't follow up on that post and just accused me because hes gave you some faked screenshots all because he refused to pay for the most expensive account i was going too sell him.... as i said reporting him for account info stealing has now got me accused and banned of "recovering accounts" which i haven't done and Paypal believes me but sythe doesn't.. seems abit weird. he obviously knows the way around sythe because he didn't even have to make a report... i get banned on my report about him because he decided to make up a lie just to get me in trouble because he didn't like how many emails i was sending him. (Also like to point out i still have not recovered these two accounts... but if sythe isnt willing to actually help me out with this then i will be recovering them as ive won my Paypal disputes against the scammer anyway and hes broke his own company rules plus im being banned for nothing at all except maybe spamming\acting like a idiot over emails)

 

Ive also just checked the ingame names of the account ive sold him and they have been changed... he sold the accounts then trying too accuse me of recovering them all because i report him for stealing my 3rd accounts information.... there's no way i would recover rs3 accounts & buy a bond just to change the names when i have no need for any of them accounts because there rs3 accounts and i ain't been near that game since pre eoc lmao you can see by my vouches i only deal with Deadman and 07.


Hes sold the accounts.... as i said in previous post i made on the #dispute the emails dont even match any of my emails and i never use hotmail only mail.

 

Sorry to keep posting but i keep finding out more evidence to proof he sold at least one of these accounts.... ive just tried to add one of them ingame and the username has been changed from what it was when i sold it too him.. there's no way id recover a rs3 level 95 too put a bond on it just to change the name... also wouldn't of he just got it banned like he said he would if i was to recover any account?

The other account hes claiming i recovered i cant even find when trying to add ingame it doesn't exist anymore..... so he sold the expensive account accused me of scamming to try charge back then got the 2nd account banned even tho it was still in his hands(Thinking he done this because he thought he was going to win the Paypal disputes which he didn't).

why get one account banned but the highest level one has a name changed and isn't banned ?

Video tells me to speak to accountwarehouse about it but the last email i sent them they didnt even reply too... 2nd thing how you going to say theres nothing more you can do... im banned from sythe.. if i was just banned from his website fair enough then there isnt much you could do... but im banned from here so theres alot more you can do.

Also like to point out i still haven't recovered the two accounts hes claiming i have even after i won the two paypal disputes.... but if i stay banned for this guy trying to scam me then i will be recovering both them accounts which i sold to him and then maybe the guy hes sold one the accounts too may report him.... iv'e been waiting too see if the account comes online in-game but he hasn't done yet and prob got private off anyway.

#2 Also like to point out Divine @acckings still has 3 of 3 accounts which i sold to him for $120ish before selling to accountwarehouse and all three accounts are still secured and no reports have been made... but accountwarehouse claims i tried to recover two newb accounts which he paid $50 for...

I don't think @video is taking my dispute serious.... how can admin of sythe tell me there's nothing more he can do and ill need to talk to the person who's tried to charge back and keep two accounts to be unbanned.... so you basically telling me "oh sorry we let him scam because you are a no one and only way you will be unbanned is if you give this guy a refund and let him keep the two accounts you've sold him".

the guys provided proof of a email change and that's all ? iv'e provided screenshots on screenshots proofing he still has the accounts from email on the same date i reported him for something else and that one the accounts isn't banned and has had a name change and that i won both of the Paypal disputes he tried to charge back for... also that the email which i gave him isn't even a hotmail and none of the accounts i sold him even had a hotmail all where made with mail.com.

But yet sythe ban still isn't lifted and this Accountwarehouse guy is getting away with scamming even after loosing the disputes and having lack of evidence?

im really lost can some one else please take a look at this dispute and the screenshots... as im feeling like its not being looked into properly..

So i posted a second dispute like 48 or more hours ago and it hasn't been posted.. no sythe admin or mod has bothered to get in contact with me to explain how one screenshot of a email change is enough proof to say ive recovered a account.... ive provided evidence after evidence which 110% proofs that he still has the account or hes sold it due to a ingame name change and the registered email being hotmail... i never use hotmail and you can see with the account details that i sent him.. i used my Paypal email for the highest level i sold him which was mail.com because all i use is mail.com.

this is not treating people equal ive spoke to other businesses that agree sythe only takes the person with the most "rep" side...

if i recovered these accounts he would of got both of them banned not just the low level lmao... why is the 110+ still not banned and why has it got a ingame name change and why is the registered email hotmail ? why is the low level banned but not the high level ? why did i win two Paypal diputes in my favor ?

Sythe admins who deal with reports\disputes do not put in any work or background check to find the actual truth.. they just take the person with the biggest rep side even tho hes had 10+ reports in the past and ive had 0.

..... no ones keeping in contact with me no ones replying to discord\skype... i feel like just recovering the accounts hes claimed due to him already accusing me and getting me banned on sythe and trying to chargeback on paypal which failed.... because now im banned for no reason and no one is bothering to help me.

if nothing comes out of this post within 24 hours i will recover the high level account which i sold him and he sold and keep the chargeback he tried to do... it wont just be just fucking him over it will be fucking over the guy who he sold the 110+ too... which im willing to do if sythe wants to ruin my rep due to a lieing company whos had 10+ reports in the past for similar things all done to people with low post count.

So as i said the other day if no one was too check into this case properly and treat me equal as a "business" then i would recover the accounts which "Accountwarehouse" accused me of recovering... i am now in the doing so of doing this to the account which has not been banned and has a name change.

i am just making everyone aware of this before i do so... if some one reports accountwarehouse for account recovery then that will 110% proof i didn't touch the account until today 14th august 2018.

Like i said i am 100% sure he sold one of these accounts because the 110 is not banned and has a ingame name change... the level 95 i sold him he got banned even tho he still had the account.

Im done with trying to proof my innocence as iv'e already been told by big company's that advertise on sythe.. that sythe will 90% take the "business" side rather then a guy with a small business and no website.(i talked to a lot of people these last few days trying to get help due to admins of sythe not helping or replying to my skype\disord messages and are not posting my dispute)

You can tarnish my name on sythe and accuse me of something i never did but ill still be in Vendetta discord with 100+ people with a Legend rank with people that know i do not scam.. and have the evidence to proof it NOT just one screenshot of a email being changed which could of been done when he sold the account to some one else.

0 reports vs 10+ reports and the guy with 10+ reports isn't a scammer but the guy with 0 reports is makes me laugh... you need new sythe staff simple as that.

 

So i just recovered the highest level and it was made member via credit\bank card via runescape website. which was not by me because i never use runescape site to buy members i use ingame gp to buy bonds... also checking in the message box it looks like the person was getting investigated for macroing of some kind heres the picture (click here) also another picture of the account status (click here)

and the biggest piece of evidence iv'e managed to get by actually recovering this account(today) is the date this account was made a member which was on the 4th... this shows he already had sold the account to some one (click here) for picture.(jagex got intouch with this account on the 8th due to a macroing offence and was looking into the account and it was banned on the 13th)(He had this account for 3 weeks before id like to point out.. so it was all good until he sold it and i reported him for data stealing of a 3rd account)

the ban was for macroing how does this have anything to do with me "recovering" a account all because he gave you a screenshot of a email change which was obviously changed when he sold the account and he used this to attempt to scam me by charging back and taking two accounts away from me.(Guy either got banned for botting or it got banned a few days after he sold it due to the amount of ips used on the account in little time)

i won the Paypal disputes just in case you forgot so i ain't lost out on nothing except my rep on sythe for something hes accused me of with little to no proof at all.... which i did NOT do.

 

Oh yeah last thing... it wouldn't let me recover this account with a different mail.com email i had to use the email i last used which was the registered one at the time which was also a mail.com and was not a hotmail.com which hes accusing me of changing it too.

it denied my attempt with a different mail but when i put the one i gave him in it accepted... this is also proof that the hotmail was not mine because it wouldn't let me recover the account with a different mail and the change must of been all done through account settings.



i really don't understand why i am still banned with the amount of evidence i have shown in these last 3 days.... its like every admin on sythe doesn't care for the truth they just want the case "resolved" and letting these big business off with murder when they decide they want to scam people like me all because i reported him for something complete different. its sad.

All of this is similar too what is happening to me.... at first he offered me $170 for a maxed ags pure 07 then agreed to pay it after i sent details to him which took him 18 hours to reply and when he did reply i sent the details then 4 hours after that they email me again saying they refuse to buy the account now due to me already had selling two rs3 accounts 3 weeks before.(like i said before this should of been told to me before i submitted my account details and before they sent me three emails approving)(i wasn't told about a 2 account policy either does it state this on there website and wouldn't of gave my account details if i knew this before hand)

Then i reported him for that above and then he has accused me of "recovering" the two rs3 accounts i had sold him 3 weeks before in my own report about him then tried to charge back for the accounts he had... also like i said he already had sold one the accounts before the 8th because the account was made member on the 4th august also name changed and i sold him the account on like the 14th july or something the month before...

(post before has the actual screenshots from inside the account settings... because as i said in other post i did recover the 110 back today on 14th august(today) to try gain more evidence or for the person he sold the account too report him for the account being recovered... but as i said in other post not like this matters because the account was already being investigated a few days after he sold it too some one and was banned on the 13th for macroing)


i am really sorry for all these posts and sorry for saying sythe ain't helping it just feels this way... i have not done nothing wrong except for nearly being charge back $50 from a scammer and him taking my maxed ags pure account details without paying for it..

 

firstly i told you lot via dispute that i was going to recover the account he accused me of... but before i even did that on the 14th... sythe staff who deals with disputes obviously told accountwarehouse this and then he went on the account on the 13th and got it permed by appealing lmao


sythe corrupt as fuuuuck useless shitty fucking admins want me to request a pardon for something i never done dickheads id rather be banned for life and just come back with a new ip and new name.
