There needs to be a rule implemented that anyone offering a service needs to provide an estimated time frame of completion. I've just placed an order with a promise of starting my services ASAP. This promise was fulfilled, but the person providing the service got me from 51-55 and then went AWOL for the past 10 hours. I would've never made the purchase if i knew this. I wish i could get a refund, but it is not aloud by most providers

If you agree upon terms of a deadline before the payment is given, this would work as a contract of agreement.
And would mean your order is completed on deadline or an agreed compensation would be delivered.

 

Agreed with above. If the contract/terms of service included the timeframe, should be included and the servicer is in fault.

However, if no time frame was stated, servicer is in the clear as long as service is still completed in reasonable time (in my opinion).
