    Hello Beanz/Josh. I'm really sorry that your account seems to be suspended all the time. They might have thought that you were conducting a trade on Discord; any discussions done elsewhere about offers posted on PA constitute to off-site trading.     I have emailed that address and have been ignored for going on the third day

    for public disclosure I have about 500$ in pending sales that have been delivered PA has my money.

    i received one response saying i have to pay 150$ fine and give a 300$ deposit for heinous crimes such AS promoting playerauctions in a third party discord and i wanted to be allowed to promote my playerauctions store bring offsite customers onto playerauctions in which they said i had to respond to a PM on PA to verify my identity they pmed me saying is this you on discord. I responded yes this #%%(( account is me it is not an imposter.

    and the third party emailed playerauctions as well confirming this.

    i need to know what to do and if playerauctions gives away the money for accounts i have already provided I intend to document the full extent of my negative experiences in the form of a article written for my audience

    I expect this issue to be resolved it is now 4 or 5 days of constant efforts on my part and i believe that if it is unresolved it falls in the area of a scam report because i am being stolen from and playerauctions has received money for my services and if unsuspended they intent to keep that money or they will "claim to refund the buyer" which is still against sythes rules for being a trader here is it not? I need an official response to my issue i cant see how this can possibley go on any longer without an official course of action for me to take and why would playerauctions want to spite themselves when i sell hundreds of accounts with them they are determined to loose money.

    Hello. I'm currently trying to buy an account on your site. I recently signed up and when I go to purchase it I get the error message '' me. playerauctions. com redirected you too many times '' I've cleared cookies and have done everything suggested. I also get a '' 404 page not found '' when I try to message people. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Ok, so I purchased an account right , the seller recovered the account back , even admit he recovered it back , he even has literally other members on his feedback saying that he recovers accounts (my guess is that he sold a bunch of accounts all at once , and now he's recovering them all back because when I purchased off them , they had no negative reviews.)

    Anyways I provided plenty of evidence that I don't have access to the account , evidence of other members getting scammed , etc and after all of that the dispute was settled in the sellers favour? I'm not sure if you guys are trying to help scammers or what's the deal here but I want an answer. Is this company implying that it's ok to sell accounts , hack them back , and scam more people?

    I remember when player auctions had a live chat section with agents, what happen to that? It just seems like this site is very unprofessional, and doesn't care about their customers, I tried sending in an email , and I'm pretty sure it's just a robot that copy and pastes messages.

    Hey there. Sorry to hear about this; It's possible your account is suspended. Error 404s happen when an account is locked, but don't worry though it's usually not permanent. Could you please DM me what your username/email address is on PlayerAuctions? I'd like to check for you.

    I'm sorry Beanz, I've already consulted the staff working on game additions but right now we cannot add private servers on the site and we focus on only official servers.

    I'm very sorry but this case is already closed. The support team says they weren't able to get compelling and sufficient evidence from you. They require a statement from the game publisher stating that the account was reclaimed by the original owner. If you have other follow ups, our support team's doors are always open: [email protected].

    Ok, @PlayerAuctions , but is the account in my hands ? The account literally has insurance on it. Did you guys even look at the evidence or did someone just copy and paste a reply , the seller literally has negative reviews on their page with other members claiming the same thing, so basically what you're telling me is that it's ok for me, or anybody to become a seller and scam people ? Is that what you're telling me ? And why should I take this to emails I want this to be public , cause you guys are literally helping scammers..

    Like I used to be a great supporter of Playerauctions, now you guys shutdown the livechat servers, you treat your loyal users like garbage, like i don't know what it is. why are the live servers down, are you guys running low on cash? put a commission on all sales or something, the reason I use player auctions over anything else is for that sense of security with the middle man and everything, but with the way I'm being treated I'm not sure what to tell people. no live chat servers for support, the email support is a joke, they take days to respond and basically throw you under the bus. like what is going on here everything about player auctions is sketchy now, which is unfortunate. like what am i supposed to tell people? the site has scammers, and if you get scammed they don't care about it and will just turn a blind eye

    I sent you guys an email about a weird glitch that occurred in the transaction process. I bought an item on an order that was cancelled on my own terms. I cancelled initially because my Master Card wasn't taken. So I used Skrill to redo the payment and it went through. So I now have a charge of $21 on my card but it isn't tied to an order # at all. Anything i should do? I contacted Skrill and they just told me to sent what I already had in the email.

    Edit: If you need the Skrill transaction ID I'll tell you it in PMs. The email that you guys received from me should already have this information in it. I also attached the transaction emails to my support ticket. Support no. 148414

    Edit 2 @ August 9 2018 - Received a reply from Reiner saying that my order was cancelled. I know that. Thanks for letting me know something that was obvious from the get go. The issue is that you guys still have my money on a transaction that wasn't registered to any order number. I see that the $21 is still taken out of my account. I provided you guys the Skrill transaction and there you can see it on your end that I did give you guys money. If I'm being issued a refund I'm perfectly A-OK with that!

    Edit 3: I provided a Skrill payment number that you guys can look up in my latest reply. Skrill said over the phone you can look up that transaction number and see you guys received my money successfully. I on the other hand never received anything back, since well, it wasn't tied to any order to begin with.

    I apologize about the removal of our live chat support; It was a difficult decision done some time ago because our channel got massively spammed with unsolicited and inappropriate content on a daily basis. It got to the point that it prevented us from being able to take in valid concerns. We also thought that the email system we have now is a much better process so we can take in information at a more calculated pace, and this also gives users breathing time to send/receive dispute correspondences. That said, we received an influx of requests and complaints the past few weeks and our queue piled up. I'm truly sorry about this; I'll make a conscious effort to let the teams know about this so we can improve our output. As for your case, I'm very sorry again but decisions and outcomes are reliant on the evidence we receive in order to make the process fair for the other party/user as well.

    Hi MuscleMan. Sorry, but even with insurance, we still require buyers to send in evidence. The evidence we need looks like this: https://i.imgur.com/0YZRhOv.png << the email statement screenshot should come from the game publisher and should state what happened to the game account ("it was reclaimed by the original owner"). I'm afraid the quantity of other evidences cannot equal the value of the statement our team requires when it comes to proving a case in a dispute. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    how long does a buyer have to escalate a dispute before it is manually closed??

    i am curious because i have seen unanswered or active disputes just go closed if they do not escalate is there a deadline to eliminate fake disputes because that seems like a feature that should exist
