• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: About 3 years ago I started my first Sythe account. I was looking to start a trusted brand for many branches of legitimate RS related services. I wanted to be trusted so I tried my hardest to appear legit, which I intended to be from the start. Soon after the creation of my account and finding my way around sythe I noticed the obvious scams and different ways of manipulation. Things started to take a bad turn from here. I got enticed and started by first bumping my own thread on an alternate account in order to always appear at the top of the section. Next, I noticed the common trend of impersonators. I decided to give it one go myself and was quickly caught. I never actually scammed anyone or stole anything at all. Ever. I was banned shortly after. In my original pardon request almost 3 years ago I had my offences of Self-Interaction and Ban Evading pointed out and said pardon was denied. I own up to any self-interaction involved with my account and apologize. It was a cheap attempt to gain more trust and business on my account and I never should have attempted it. Ban evading has a longer story to it. I live with 4 brothers who at the time were all active RS players. One of them was who introduced me to sythe. I now know that my brother had a history of banned accounts on Sythe. I was never involved in any of his offences or had any knowledge of his endeavors until after my ban. I created my first and only account of the time which is this one.(Stakahz) My brother has since quit RS and any relations to Sythe. This would make the claims of ban evading false. However, once again I do own up to a different count of ban evading since the incident. Recently, I had created other accounts simply to buy gold or others services with no malicious intent. I have not attempted any scam or any type of misleading acts through these accounts. They have only existed to let me do things such as contact sellers or vouch. I admit that this is wrong. After getting back into RS and regaining some interest into this marketplace I decided it was time that I try to get my account unbanned and become an active, legitimate user on this site. I have learned from my mistakes long ago and have no intent for any malicious behavior from here on out. With time I have realized that my offences 3 years ago were wrong and I now feel nothing but remorse. I hope that I can somehow be forgiven for those offences and I can continue on in the future to be a legitimate member of this forum. Thank you so much, I hope to only grow from here.

The profiles that weren't banned are now banned. As for your story regarding your 4 brothers, mind referring to those brothers in your pardon as "I" (yourself)? Thanks. Please let me know if I left any profiles out; whether they are banned or unbanned. Also please let us know when you have profiles on different forums banned. If we figure out you're leaving out information (which seems to be habit of you) you'll be punished again.

As in regards to the pardon I've also read things about Skele etc. What else happened besides impersonating?

As for the profiles listed as "possibly you" please let me know which belong to you and which do not. If we find out eventually on our own again, you'll be punished again.

 

I still stick by my story of my brothers because it's simply the truth. If there is any way i can prove it to you I will? Also, like I said most of these were just throwaway accounts that I've forgotten so I'll point out the ones that I know. I do apologize for leaving those out but I simply couldn't remember them.

Any of the other accounts I genuinely have no idea. I do not recognize any of them and wasn't even aware of sythe around the time of their creation. The usernames are totally unfamiliar to me and I don't have a clue of their origins. I wish I could provide you with any remaining accounts but I honest to god have no knowledge of them. I have no profiles on other sites.

I have no idea what skele is, can you fill me in? I have not done anything other than the skype impersonation/attempted scam.


As for the skype accounts all of those seem to check out for either me or my brother except for:

I will stick to my story, but because I believe you are unlikely to believe me; I will repay for $20 on his behalf and try to clear up anything that happened with him before.

I will be reaching out to Pendulum soon to repay that.

As for the drewskyd ban/shall skill thing/framing I will give you my brother's explanation. He never hacked anyone or framed anyone, and there is no proof of him doing this either. Just looking at the related thread you linked you can see that the people voting on his ban/pardon were the exact same people that accused him. [Request for Restitution] - Drewskyd
This is obviously bias, and once again they never even provided proof of his said wrongdoings. I believe that in the end, they ended up dropping that story, and because they wanted him banned, he was instead banned for ban evading. AFAIK the account he was ban evading from was from like 2006 or 7 and was banned for a non scamming related issue. I cannot give any context on that account because
1. It was so long ago
2. I am not the owner of the account

The whole situation around that ban was sketchy af and the accusers argument does not seem to hold up very well.

Please let me know if there is anything else that needs filling in. Please remember that these accounts and bans were all from 10+ years ago so it can be hard to get everything.

From what I can tell some of these accounts seem to be well-vouched even some with gold selling websites etc. Now, how/why would i be running multiple accounts with numerous vouches and multiple websites all at the same time? I don't even know if it would be possible.

I don't know how you're getting these matches but I would assume that it is from a VPN. Me/my brother have obviously used VPNs before and that might lead to a match?

If you want, I can PM you my home ip/location so you can differentiate between these accounts. Are all of the IPs for those accounts you listed located in Switzerland? That's where the servers of the VPNs we used were. I don't live anywhere near Switzlerand.

Once again, none of these accounts are mine whatsoever and I have no idea about any of those accusations listed. Neither me or my brother had any association at all with these people. Please let me know if I should send you my home IP or my home's location.
