Not much information about this one, however I'm inclined to believe the OP made this thread to report you as a ban evader, rather than for scamming.

You claim this was refunded, I have added him on Skype to confirm this.

Relevant reports: MrKumar will always be a scammer!

Also the IP's used on this pardon and this dispute belong to serial ban evaders recently known as @Arcanity etc. Any comment to this?

The ban on powerbot, is absolutely absurd, and ridiculous. If you look on the 2nd page, I have solved all the problems and accusations on my behalf. Yet, they deem me a "threat" to the community, in an appeal I created for unban. I consider it somewhat racism towards me, as the person who created that thread had infact scammed me to begin with. Yet he went unbanned.

This is exactly what I mean, this was after the "Several Disputes - MrKumar" case had got closed. And I requested for a ban appeal. The moderators blatantly say No, with 0 explanation.

Never really used OSBot. Had just created a profile and a threat for some powerleveling services I started on Powerbot. They must have given me a TWC, after my ban on powerbot.

You are most welcome to. In my original pardon, I have provided all proof that he was refunded. Unfortunately his sythe got banned as he scammed for something, so one of you moderators said you couldn't verify it. Which is why I request you to look at the screenshots for evidence.

No chance, I have not used any other accounts than the ones I have stated in the start of this thread. You can do all the background checks needed.

So Staleman being from Hong Kong and advertising the same Skype username is purely coincidence? As for the others I'll get in contact with some users who might know more about this - if we find out you've been leaving out information, this pardon will be immediately denied and closed.

So far everything I've read here atleast proves you were a big threat in the beginning. If I were to own a website I wouldn't even have a pardon section and there's no way I'd ever let you back in.

Currently you're posting from India while before you were posting from Hong Kong - I saw in the post from the Master guy that you moved elsewhere or whatever - am I under the right assumption that you're now posting from home? (even though it's a wireless IP)

No other skypes, have used rajz_kumar for the longest, and mrjohnray1 for a very short term period. Have been active on rajz_kumar forever. That is the only one I use these days.

Actually, he asked for that method of re-payment, I had no problem in paying back whatever was required. He was happy and glad to have been refunded as well. I consider this as my biggest regret in life, to scam or to be scammed feels absolutely disgusting.

I used to stay in Hong Kong for over 20 Years. I have moved to India 2-3 years ago, and have bought a house here, this is now my Home IP. Yes I do use a wireless router.

 

I totally lost track of this pardon. Sorry for taking so long, I'll have another moderator review this and see what is missing.

Meanwhile I'm also trying to contact @Marketmaster as I disagree with you repaying him half of what you took from him. Last but not least I'm still looking for information to tie you together to the user known as @Vaper. That'll be it for now.
