    this order says pending payment, does this mean the buyer received the account info and hasent confirmed it yet or how exactly does the account process work? How do I tell when a order is finalized or at what stage its at? Is the payment not processed so he has not received anything?

    Its so vague, I don't know what it means lol.

    @Divine, they may get an email asking for some verification. After it goes through the buyer will be sent the information. It has happened to my buyers before. He has not gotten anything until payment is verified

    Hi Divine, sorry for the vagueness. Your buyer has placed the order but has not processed his payment yet. It's either he hasn't set up the payment account yet or he hasn't really processed it on purpose.

    Hello, my username is sgtcarniev, order id: #3945792
    I'm a seller of that order. The order was closed July 14. 3 days passed and the status of disbursement have been stuck at this:
    Disbursement Time: Now being processed
    Is everything okay? Should I just wait more? When should I start worrying?

    All payments I try through paypal are declined. Paypal says they can't describe why, it's on your side. I have 3 friends with the same issue, one had money on his paypal account and it still didn't work.

    I have a verified paypal, never had an issue on any other site. I've tried 2 cards, straight form a bank account, and tried adding funds myself. Debit/Credit through your site is also declined without explanation. I don't get why, i've had 1 payment work the first time I bought something. Do you guys purposely deny paypal because you prefer btc or something? I don't get it.

    edit: i used fake info on the acc (name + addres) when making it. Could this be why? If so could I change it to my actual info. I was weary about putting personal info in at first.

    You guys ruled in the scammers dispute in a purchase I made. I was clearly scammed, and sent plentiful of evidence. Is it possible that I talk to a higher official, or someone who doesn't give me same copy paste answer? Scammer got banned here on sythe as well: Scammer report on Tand123

    Hey there. I checked on this, and it seems the payment bounced back to us. I'm sorry but you need to check your PayPal account and make sure it's verified. Contact them and ask them to have the account verified for you. I have released your payment now and if it's verified already, the payment should go through.

    Hi Snow. Yes, it's most definitely that. I understand your concern, but your info is safe, rest assured. Please make sure the info is correct and it matches the one on your payment account. Also do check that you are using an up-to-date, preferably long standing email address on the account. Try purchasing again once you've verified all of these.

    Hi PA,

    I had sold an account a little over a month ago and I was never given an email notifying me of pending delivery. I rely on email to alert me of any PA sales because the website itself is not very user friendly and often riddled with bugs. I ended up compensating the customer with 10M gold to avoid any negative feedback given to me, as I was approaching the expiry of the delivery guarantee of 24 hours. It's important to note that I was made aware of the delivery via a Playerauctions message from the buyer. I was therefore receiving email notifications from PA messages but not for the account delivery itself.

    My question is: was this a known issue at the time, and has it been resolved? I am now selling more accounts and am very concerned the same may happen. I really do not want to be logging on my PA account every couple hours to check to see if I have any sales. I did not receive the typical "successfully completed" email that is usually sent out after creating a sale.

    I understand you're here to help sythe members, I was scammed, the seller got banned here on sythe, and you can't even just tell your colleagues to relook at a case? I don't understand why playerauctions is protecting someone who scammed me 300$, deleted his pa acc, and got banned on sythe. You have to be by definition insane to not see the obvious evidence.

    I can't even try to dispute with PayPal because you guys will just ban my PA account and it'll go in your favor.

    Please I just want my money back, I even had insurance and this still happens. If anything he scammed me 300$ you guys scammed me 30$ on insurance and won't refund me.

    Hello again, John. I'm terribly sorry about this, and yes, it was a known issue earlier this July. Our tech confirmed a week ago that it's already fixed. Part of the problem with this is with buyers not getting the game account email when they purchase. Really sorry but in spite of the news that it's fixed, I would still urge you to constantly check your PA account. I have actually been pestering the tech team about this countless times as I also receive complaints about this. For the record, this should be fixed already.

    I'm really sorry that I'm not saying anything substantial to you about this, I did ask them to look into the case again a few days ago to try to go over your evidences, but I haven't gotten a reply again even with a follow up yesterday. Please understand that I have no direct access to dispute logs and screenshots/evidences, which is why I would like to ask you to contact those emails because it's what they'd tell me to ask of you once I finally get them to reply to me. Please also note two things with this case: (1) getting insurance still requires buyers to prove their claim, and (2) the dispute process follows a timeline/deadline, and they often base their decisions around this. For the record, we are not protecting the seller; If you will take the time to review this thread, we also process refunds for buyers as long as the evidence and submission time is on point. We have this in place to ensure that the dispute is fair to both parties involved, not just the buyer.

    Again, I'm really sorry but your only option at this point would be to contact the two emails above.

    I've contacted both emails many many times, both responding with "this case is closed so sorry!" You are sorry that I lost 340$, got scammed, and show evidence that I NEVER RECEIVED THE CORRECT ACCOUNT INFORMATION THAT YOU GUYS ARE SUPPOSED TO CHECK? Pretty sketchy, Don't understand how you guys have been open for this many years and still don't help people in these situations. Don't you guys have a PR team? Or internal affrairs? I just want fair justice, not someone copy pasting "sorry we closed the dispute and ruled fairly"

    Hello, I have a problem with the order # 3973715, I am the seller. I made the delivery and confirmed it on the PA site, however the status is not updated and 2 emails arrived informing me that the delivery time guarantee was terminated. Please check what happens, apparently it is a bug of the website. thank you very much.

    Hello Richard, @PlayerAuctions

    I am back again due to my second account purchased through playerauctions was recalled by the seller. I was however successfully able to win my dispute and it shows that I am suppose to recieve a full refund of $199.00. With that being said, I was provided with a coupon code by playerauctions from my first account that was recalled and disputed in the amount of $127 I believe that went toward the amount of $199 that I paid for this second account. I was able to check the payments and refunds page on playerauctions and it only showed that $67 was scheduled to be refunded to my account. My question is how will I recieve the rest of my refund if the majority was from a playerauctions coupon code? My dispute number is 31355, and the order number is 3600928. Thank you!

    I wasn't aware that they have replied to you already. The team handling those email accounts supersede my decision on cases like these. I am talking with the team again regarding this and please set your expectations accordingly; As I've said, we've already closed the case on this but I just don't want to close our doors, and I owe you at least my time in looking at this case again. I have now raised this to our team, I can see that the refund is partial and the amount should also cover the refund value.     Thanks for taking a look into it, I just don't get how I put like 20 screenshots of evidence, and the seller doesn't put one. Yet he gets my money that he scammed off me.

    I have a dispute open, Dispute ID 31711, which is based on Order ID 3635261. I have sent you a PM with more private details. The dispute was closed within a couple hours of being escalated. I have more evidence I’d like to be looked at by the arbitrator but have no way of contacting anyone. This is seriously getting frustrating.

    account josh317 wrongfully suspended and being extorted for 450$ to get my account unsuspended? i was ina trading discord and wanted to promote my playerauctions so they made me confirm i was not a imposter and respond to there message on PA PA says its offsite trading evne though im trying to trade thru them and promote them and suspended me
