ipker stole 200m (ish) & RSN from me

Hi,

First of all I want to admit that it was stupid of me to accept a trade with ipker as he has been banned from the market. The time I had initially added him he wasn't banned and there were no issues, he had quite a bit of reputation and was always friendly. He was in @Qemo's Discord channel as a trusted user and I thought it'd be okay to proceed.

I have had ongoing conversation with him and spoke to him, I also want to say that he has returned my RSN to me and that is no longer an issue; just the outstanding GP. He got me the firecape and other than stealing my GP/Wealth he did everyhing legit and Iam happy with this.

Explanation of the trade: purchased a fire cape, he insisted he wanted to do a free inferno, was checking with people i knew if he was reliable and then when i wanted to say no to the infernal was when the gp was taken from my acc & rsn

How they scammed: took all my rspg (200m or so wealth) and my rsn

As of today he did my fire cape service, all was fine. Wanted to do an inferno cape on my account and I was iffy about it and I admit although I did not shut him down about the idea but he still tried to go ahead and do it, thus me not being able to log in to secure my account again. He then proceeded to pm my friends for GP & also try to lure them for their items.

If admin wants to review the recordings I have then feel free to ask and I will upload them. It has the unique Discord ID as well as his Discord name#XXXX too.

I understand he has a thread about me blackmailing for him, I tried to reason with him to get my own items/RSN back and he is now threatening to sue me and has reported me here for blackmail.

This guy, recorded my private chats with the guy who hacked me, and threathned to leak them which is rlly humillating for me ( added me randomly right after got hacked probally was the hacker cuz alot of hacker friends of him added me)

was gonna do it, was gonna add some of my own gp also on it
( wasnt sythe trade btw) he got the convos i showed him so i take his rsn and wanted to take his bank but he already emptied it ,
I gave his rsn back he promised h would delete the convos with hackers he didnt, said "yes where is 200m"trying to get 200m of me
Long story short

I'm going to sue him for blackmailing, and recording without my knowledge.

You admitted to intentionally stealing Dazu's RSN because you "thought" he did you harm without having any proof to back this up (and no proof to perform a counter scam to begin with).

While we usually do not hold the accused accountable for any loss of wealth on an account, i have come to the conclusion that when you're willing to go through the trouble of stealing someones RSN theres no doubt in my mind that you wouldnt have taken an extra few seconds to steal his account's wealth as well. Usually we can not prove the accused scammed so we can not take loss of wealth into consideration however in this case you admitted to scamming his rsn at the same time he accused you of stealing wealth from that same account, so we actually can take loss of wealth in consideration.


Its fine if you want to let a second moderator weigh in here and provide us with a 2nd opinion, we can most certainly provide that, however let me be clear that any more accusing staff of being biased is not welcome here and will be dealt with accordingly.
