Dispute a trade with caution

Firstly I’d like to apologise to @Champ for being rude to him when he gave me a TWC without seeing my side of the story but I have now accepted it was my mistake and I’ve learnt from it.

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: I was given a TWC as there was a delay with a customers order which I do apologise for but we did explain to the customer we had a religious holiday coming up and there may be a slight delay and when giving him the quote we forgot to mention game time instead of real time so that’s a mistake we made which will never happen again.
Anything else you wish to say: since my TWC I have completed several orders for customers who have been really happy with the services we’ve provided them and left positive vouches. I have also gone ahead and donated a further $250 to sythe to show my commitment to the community and how much this means to me. I have learnt from my initial mistake of not giving the customer the correct amount of time it may take and this will never happen again. Also I apologise for being rude to the mod who issued the TWC but I was very angry at that time since they didn’t want to hear our side of the story even after I refunded the customer. But it’s all okay now and I’ve learnt from it and it shall never happen again. Also I would just like to add that when this incident occurred it was one of my first jobs completed and I was learning but now I have completed several other jobs and everyone has been very satisfied, hence the vouches they’ve left with such positive feedback and that they’d return in the near future. Thanks for the opportunity again
