    So I am DNT for not providing a picture proof of when I complete the cape but Texan can keep his thread and not get a DNT?

    Keep in mind @Wortel requested him to post proof over 20 days ago, but when wortel asks me three days ago I get a DNT right away?

    He is still active “doing” capes.

    Can a moderator issue him a DNT and lock his thread the same way you did to me?

    I get punished with a DNT yet he gets to KEEP HIS SERVICE!

    I have closed his thread, as for your DNT please be patient and await the final decision in regards to the scam report. I'm fairly sure the final outcome of that report won't result in you being DNT forever. The report a scammer section is the wrong place to dispute your DNT anyways, aswell as it is to bicker about why everyone should deserve the same punishment. Every case is a different one, so is yours and if you keep on making a bigger deal out of it than it actually is I can guarantee you it won't work out well.
