As per Sythe rules regarding "Disclosure of Others' Personal Information", Gun has been banned for 1 month.

Posting information such as private emails/MSNs, private Skype accounts, Facebook accounts, addresses, phone numbers, private photos, etc. of someone other than yourself without explicit consent of that person will result in up to a 1 month ban regardless of whether or not the information is publicly available. If a picture was posted by its owner on Discord or Sythe, this rule doesn't apply.

Image was only available via Snapchat, therefore is in clear violation of our rules.

 

Update to this. @Buyacc also shared the image by means of resharing Gun's dox of Jason. Because the image was not shared by the owner, Jason, this is also in violation of the rules listed above. Also Jason did not give permission for this instance of his image being shared either.

Therefore I'm applying the same punishment as to Gun.

The rule on this seems clear to me, but I can see potential for alternate opinions or leniency. If another staff member decides this ban isn't warranted they can go ahead and reverse it.
