chargeback from paypal

long story, user wanted to buy gp asked for pm etc now after he bought he claimed someone impostered me but confirms he is the paypal account owner in the pm

Someone on scythe was selling gold, i went to purchase off them they sent me an email to send the money to it was crazypipes, i sent the money and was blocked by the person and received no gold. They got the gold that was supposed to be for me from crazypipe and I received nothing. I am not going to just pay $250 for something i did not receive if you get scammed ofcourse you dispute.

u asked for a pm 10 days ago and never bought and suddenly after 10days someone buys gold via skype i deliver then u pm me here that u bought the gp but u were talking to an imposter who gave u my paypal. 1st question that comes to my mind: u had a pm, u had my skype from 10 days ago, why didnt u msg me?
2nd question: if u were scammed by someone else, what gives u the right to chargeback me? to me it looks like u just had 2 skypes or working with someone so u can take screenshots and blame it on me with paypal.
regardless: u knew my skype, u knew my payment method, u had me added on skype, we talked 10 days ago, u sent to my paypal and now you chargebacked.

i talked with @Champ about an ongoing rise of a new scam with imposters adding people who know u or bought from u, then make them pay the famous seller they know but give them their rsn, but its still unclear to me how people get scammed like that when they can just request a pm or follow a pm

 

dude i tried buying off you and couldnt send you money? check our pms from the start so i moved on to try and find some1 else. how am i supposed to remember a paypal i saw 10 days ago

 

ive bought off a few others on sythe and never had a problem, i was just trying to find a good rate he was saying .72/m which was cheaper than u advertised for pp

 

and i wasnt the only one scammed from him check the post he had

 

@crazypipe and I know it's not your fault but I have no way to dispute against the guy who scammed me and don't know what else i can do but try to dispute since i did not receive anything for the transaction.

 

u did send me money thats an invalid point, i received money from your paypal and you chargebacked it, u had a pm, neglected it. ALso it battles my mind, how did u request a pm from me but didnt from that guy? it seems sketchy, whatever too much spam on 1 thread, lets wait for mods answer, meanwhile uploading this conversation to paypal because u admit u sent the payment

 

@crazypipe I requested a pm from you because i saw 2 ppl with similar skype name as you and wanted to make sure i didnt fuck up with who i added. this guy had his discord in the thread i just copy pasted
