    Thanks for the info, do they have an automated system to ban accounts? My first account I made a week ago, and after receiving that problem I decided to make another one yesterday, and it kept continuing.

    edit: Please keep @Evil Twin 1 banned from your site lol, he contacted me asking for the specific name, address, and phone number I used to make my account

    it's over they said , i can't get it back , ii have to pay 450usd to get my account back even after i showed all proofs , this website is just so unprofessional and so disgusting even after this website made 700usd in commission from me , i kept it 100% legit , i paid 200m total in game money as reward for every review i get from a buyer..., 450usd? you think i have a stable job or what ? i am a student for god's sake and i wasted money to get the reviews, i am not paying anything , thx for your help here .

    Hello again. Yup, unfortunately our system automatically picks up duplicated accounts so it will be banned. Once you are able to email our team, they can inform you which account you can use, and you may point out a different account that you would rather use. As for Evil Twin 1, unfortunately for him, yes we won't reinstate him.

    Getting a constant error 503 on pressing the buy now button on any order. Is this a known issue?

    Hi again, Blood. Unfortunately, yes it's known. We've had a server problem last Sunday, but it should be fixed now. For some reason it's still appearing for other users in isolated cases. I'm really sorry that this is happening; for now, kindly just retry again at a later time, or use a different browser or device. I would recommend clearing your cache as a last resort (as this affects your browsing experience on other sites). I will notify our tech but for now, I am really sorry about it. :(

    @PlayerAuctions Hey I would like to ask you if you could talk to higher management and ask them to improve the registration system on your site, I've attempted to bring quite a few of my customers from sythe to there. out of the 10, I attempted to integrate to your system none of even passed threw registry system,
    Most of them keep getting errors when they attempt to sign up w/ facebook or google play, and they can't even register.

    I purchased an old school runescape account and I even bought insurance. After a week the seller recovered the account. I submited a dispute with pictures and describing what happen and after a short amount of time you guys ruled in favor of the seller.
    YOU DIDNT even look at the sellers rep. He is getting neg repped by several people because hes a scammer!
    I spent $292.99 + $23.41(Insurance) on this account and all I want is a refund so I can buy another account.
    I've spent easily over $1000 on player auctions in the past year. I am a valued customer and I'm asking you take another look at the dispute and reopen it!

    The seller also sold the exact account with the EXACT runescape stats to another user and recovered it. The seller received negative rep from the buyer on 5/26/2018

    This is the seller, as you can see hes scamming several people and recovering accounts.

    I'm having an issue with the site, I only signed up this morning and I haven't done a single thing on the site, yet somehow my account has already been suspended. I don't understand what could've caused this, I haven't done anything against policy, and I haven't gotten the chance to buy anything. Is there anything by chance you can do to help me get my account back? The account name is LongDongSilvers.

    Hey there, I'm super sorry for the late reply. Could you please ask your friends not to use FB or Google integration in the meantime? I would strongly advise using an existing email --- do not create new email accounts just for that. Also, please ask them to make sure their information (real name, address, phone number) both on the PA and payment accounts are all accurate. Discrepancies are both automatically and manually detected by our system and risk management team, and that could be the cause of the registration failure. Sorry for the

    Hello Gico. For your question regarding #3, it only applies to Power Sellers who have the ability to set their schedule. (Read here: How can I become a Power Seller or a Power Leveler?). Regular disbursements are processed automatically in 1-3 business days as long you as you offer your buyer insurance. If you do not offer any insurance, the disbursement time can take as much as 30 days.

    I was not finished with my bitcoin payment as the price turned out to be a little more than it originally said. I sent a bit over $15 but the payment needed a few cents extra which I did not have. The timer ran out and I cancelled the order. Will the bitcoin that I sent be refunded? I'd like to do the order again when it is refunded with another payment method.

    My problem: I cannot create a playerauction account with my phonenumber. It always says, " You cannot use this phone number". I do have a playerauction account already but is it not possible to create multiple accounts with one mobile phone number?

    Hello, I recently bought an acc that got recovered once, I bought full coverage and the seller recovered, I opened a dispute, he contacted me, gave me back the acc claiming that it was a mistake. 1 or 2 weeks after he recovered it, so I can't even dispute because I already disputed, I had sent 2 e-mails a week ago and have no response. - #3836170


    Then a while after that I bought another acc, and the seller didn't give me full details so again I disputed and the person finally gave me the full details, now the acc is locked and hacked and I can't access, and can't dispute again. - #3877411

    Iam a completely new user and i have created my account today but i have some issues with the website. If i click on trade setting, my reputation, become a seller or pretty much anything other than
    account settings i get 404 error page not found. Then if i click on report a bug button on that 404 page it take sme to help center where i cant log in even though my Playerauctions account is verified and all.
    How do i start selling stuffs, iam confused. TY in advance.

    sorry for double posting
    i just saw that error 404 means the account is banned but how and why i just made the account like 30 mins ago and didnt do anything.
    Also when i press on the link also i cant press on that link you gave to all day because some message pops up saying the file does not have a program associated with it etc. Dont know what to do.
