    Any staff is welcome to handle this by the way, I'm just the first in what I assume will be a large amount of reports, this is insanity. Nobody can pay this price point.

    The way I see it, @Divine is grandfathered into the old lifetime license. Unless you have something that proves otherwise @Flamedog, he is entitled to his lifetime use agreement.

    This was discussed further and since @Flamedog offered a full refund he has not broken any rules. The lifetime users will have received use of his service completely free as a result of the changes.
