    Hi Playerauctions,

    I've lost acces to my account; I don't remember my login and e-mail used for the account. I am quite sure the nickname of the account I use(d) is 'CreativeNub', like here on Sythe. Also, I still have acces to the phone number connected to the account. Is there any way I can regain access?

    Hello player auctions, for order 3837497 I am the seller, I changed the disbursement email as I don't have access anymore to the one I had prior and I have sent u a zendesk ticket #130493 to verify that the change has been noted and I will be disbursed correctly as the guy in the first page seems to have had this issue and was never paid, please confirm me thanks

    I am sorry that i violated the rules , but i think i have been wrongfully suspended, i wanted to give people my discord because it is faster to talk to people and sometimes playerauctions do not send me notifications on my email or even when it sends notifications they are late by few hours !! , but i have never traded outside the website since it protects me from chargebacks and from being scammed etc... !!! I am sorry for doing that but my purpose was never to trade offsite as there is no evidence of me saying that i want to trade offsite ,the only reason was the problem in the website's messaging system it's either late with notifications or it never sends me until i log in on the website , i am sure that i have been mistakenly suspended ,i did a mistake before when i first started a year ago, but i think only a stupid person will do the same mistake twise after building a nice shop on the website and i am sure i am not stupid,i have 100% positive feedback and sold over 25 accounts , i would suggest a website chatting system rather than messages since it is really bad , please help me get my account back , i promise i will never post anything related with discord or skype or any social media , please help me and thank you .

    I'm really sorry to ask this, but is there any chance you could create a new email from a new provider? I know this a huge inconvenience, but for some reason this issue is happening erratically and not just with a particular email service provider (ie, Gmail works for some, for some it doesn't). If this continues to be a problem, please email [email protected] then CC/send a copy to [email protected].

As much as I'd like to really help you, I'm afraid this is beyond me already. Really sorry, your only choice is to reply back to the email that was sent to you.

    I request you to review my case again as i have old evidences that i never had the intention to do offsite trading as you accuse me , please check the photos !
    - i shared my discord for smoother transaction of email addresses as they require phone numbers etc... this is to make sure that the buyer is 100% safe .
    *i am mistakenly and wrongfully suspended from using my playerauctions account , please review my case again and i am sorry if i violated the rules , i had no idea that sharing contact is against the rules and this will never happen again , but i believe that i am mistakenly suspended without evidence of me asking for offsite transaction .
    also paying 450USD just to get the account back is very crazy for a student like me... please try to help me this is my evidence .

    Can you please look at my ticket ID: #130299

    I paid for an account using skrill -> the payment went through (confirmed this by contacting skill and my bank too and posted the proof) -> yet your system is saying that the transaction failed.

    I waited 3 days for your customer support person to clearly NOT read my ticket and tell me 'yeah, your order did not go through and we cannot give any details, you can use GoCoin and pay twice' (paraphrasing obviously) which doesn't address my issue and the fact that I have proof showing that the money went through.
    Really pissed off.

    The website is only letting me choose bitcoin as an payment option. But I've used other payment methods before.

    @PlayerAuctions I made a mistake and mistyped my Paypal email when signing up for my account. Disbursement was sent to this email that doesn't exist and support is now telling me there's nothing they can do. Ticket # is 130848, I'm about to recover the account I sold as support has done nothing but send me in circles and made hoops for me to jump through.

    edit: They finally realized that the problem was on their end. I now have my disbursement. This thread was my last resort before recovering the account I sold as it has been 9 days and I had not yet received my disbursement. I realize it was my fault when signing up, but don't treat me like I'm the first person to mess up. Reading through this thread I can tell it has happened many times before. Maybe put some checks & balances in place, like make people type in their paypal email twice in case they mistype it the first time.

    Have been trying to buy something from PlayerAuctions for a couple days now, but seems that the payment system is completely dead and the site itself is screwed up too - no payments through ANY of the methods are going through, instantly get refunded if the cash is even taken in the first place.

    Any ETA on a fix? Support are of no help, they keep giving scripted responses of: "try another payment method" (THEY ALL DON'T WORK, I JUST TOLD YOU!)

    I have been contacting the support for a week now , showed them proof screenshots etc... But they keep nagging about 450usd , i have been a legit member since i opened my account i made a mistake when i first started but i had no knowledge at that time but eversince i have never did anything wrong ,moreover you made at least 700usd in commission from my sales, i never do offsite trading it's a risk of chargeback, but your team keeps nagging about 450usd even when i show proof even when i deny , i have put a lot of work to acheive 27 sales all 100% positive feedback , this shows my legitimacy , i even rewarded people who leave positive feedback with ingame money that i bought with real life money just to work my way up in positive feedback , but what your team is doing is just very unprofessional , most of my sales are more than 200usd each , and i would be the stupidest person if i do offsite trading with random people who could easily chargeback, but i am not that stupid , i was happy trading on the website with 100% feedback and high chance of making profit why would i do offsite trading and lose , you guys just destroyed what i worked for and you have to understand that i am just a student i make some money for vacation that's it , sorry to say this but this is very unprofessional.

    Even when i make offers on your website i make a thread on sythe with all the links to your website for sales and i even state on my thread that i only sell on the website since it protects me as seller , i don't know what else i could do now , i am not paying 450usd for something i never did .

    Bought an account off playerauctions, transaction went smoothly, then account was recovered by seller. Information and link to Sythe Report a Scammer Post below.

    Dispute ID: 27015
    Report A Scammer Post: PlayerAuctions User "Mager" - Condensing for PA -

    I reported the account as recovered through Playerauctions disputes center on June 17 2018, uploaded 7 pieces of evidence and had the dispute untouched by PA or the seller for a few days, in which I guess it went to a manual resolution team. I recieved an email on June 20 from PA saying the dispute was escalated to a manual resolution team and would take up to 72 hours for the process. After reading this email, I checked the PA dispute to see if it had changed yet, where I discovered it had already been closed, and that the PlayerAuctions Final Resolution Committee has completed its impartial review of the reported dispute and found in favor of Mager's (the seller's) demands.

    Checked the original Orders>My Orders (Buying) section to see that it had been resolved under the premise that the order was "Order closed by PlayerAuctions Final Resolution Committee - final judgement made on delivery completion state" my dispute was over a recovered account, not an undelivered account, I believe the PA team might have misread my dispute claim. https://i.imgur.com/Li3sJw5.png

    Also I noted that upon clicking on the sellers name to view their profile, their account seems to be deleted? not sure if these are related but thought it relevant.

    Just as a mention in here, my issue is now resolved!
    I can't say enough just how fantastic the PA rep here has been through the whole process of my dispute. I know he's a customer service guy and has admitted he doesn't have much control, but just the ability to keep me updated has helped clear my mind about it a bunch.
    Thank you again, PA! Look forward to doing business with you again soon.
