Forgot password and email set to my account

Hi, as the title says i forgot my email and password to my account. I still have my skype "sythe.andytheman" that i have been using ever since i made the account. Is there anyway I can contact an admin to help me with this? i can answer any questions about my account that are required to recover it. Thank you.

 

I also forgot to add that I am at my neighbors house at the moment and the next time I respond I will be at my home on the same IP address associated with my account.
