Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: Basically I rented out my maxed staker to the skype user: behavior156.


Behavior156 rented my account the night before aswell and everything was smooth. I decided to hopp off for the night after I rented him the account. A recent customer had turned off private chat (My terms state that it has to be on friends at all time while on the account). Before renting out the account I missed this detail and the customer started staking. I hopp off, after 30 minutes I receive messages on skype from Behavior156 that the account has been logged out and the password has been changed. I instantly hopp on but I alredy knew what had happened. One of my service workers ( who has the permission to rent out accounts ) Had resetted the password. Due to it sitting on private (off) he believed that the account was free to use. Anyhow, I quickly resetted the password. Logged onto the account. The customers (15m) was still on the account. Obviously I offered the customer a full refund or that he could keep staking for another hour free of charge. I also refunded the initial payment for the rental (4.5m) giving him access to the account again with 19.5m on it. Everything was smooth and professionally handled. The customer is happy and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

This was all a sloppy misstakeby me to not check the privacy settings on the account before renting it out to the following customer. As the customer claimed he did not have a sythe account he couldnt fill in the form required by sythe users on my thread either so there was no sign of an ongoing rental for my worker.

Anything else you wish to say: I believe and hope that this is not worth a TWC. It was a simple lack of communication between my worker and I aswell as the private chat. Of course the customer was refunded and compensated for the trouble. This is the first scamm offence i've gotten since I started trading here on sythe. I understand that a scam that has been repaid would result in a TWC. This however was more of a missunderstanding and lack of communication within my team. The customer in question rented my account today aswell without any issues what so ever. There is absolutly no risk of getting scammed when doing business with me or my official workers.
With this explained I hope that I clearified the situation and hope that the staff team kindly would reconsider the TWC that I recieved.

If you want proof of me giving my worker the details for the stakingaccount I can send prints in pm. I can also send prints showing me writing to him on facebook as soon as I heard of what happened.

Edit: In order to prevent any misunderstanding within the rentals happen im having a second rental account trained as we speak. No worker will have access to the same account's which shuld prevent this.

 

Reopening this as the user is allowed to dispute his TWC if he disagrees with it.

I'll support removing his TWC. Don't think he's a treat and I believe this was just a one time mistake.
