Banned for Being a Ban Evader

Hey staff members of Sythe, I have been banned for ban evading (?) and am looking to appeal this ban. I could not find any template of any sort, but I will do my best to explain what I think happened.

1. I got banned because of an IP audit match, but I had asked a mod about this before, because one user told me that I had it. I wanted to get it checked out and taken care of, but the mod told me it's okay. The chat where some guy told me about the IP audit is where I first found out, but I don't know where it is, it's in my discord and if it really helps my case, trust me I will find it.

2. Other than the IP match, it is said that I have the same interests as the other user. I looked at his posts, and I see this guy is interested in rsps, cryptocurrency and runescape training. Note that I have played runescape for a long time, I just offer services because I have some great workers who work for me. Also, nearly everyone on these forums is here for Runescape, so the fact that I play runescape and so does the guy that is banned isn't really concrete.

3. People have said that the IP matched is a home IP, it may be entirely possible, but I use Sythe literally everywhere I go. You can ask the people I do jobs for, I literally am on my phone/tablet/computer all day as long as I am awake. I use Wi-Fi when I visit places as well, whether it is family members house, friends house, or anything. I don't know if anyone does this, but I have no problem providing an image of my drivers license or anything of that sort to prove who I am. Also, is there any way to check what I posted while on that IP? Would give me a better understanding of where I was when I logged in, because as I've said I use sythe/my phone/tablet everywhere.


4. My services - Again, I offer services on sythe because I have a great opportunity where I provide work to others as well as myself, and am here to provide good work to the people on here. I still am working on many accounts, and will follow through and finish even though I have been hit with the do not trade, as people have paid me $100+ to finish their work. I have been nothing but legitimate to people on these forums, providing great communication and services to them all.

To conclude: I hope staff take into consideration everything that I've wrote above. If anyone has any questions or wants me to confirm my identity, I have no problems with that.

Vouch Thread Supered I was registered before this guy was even banned? I had my own account while this guy had his own account, we co-existed in this space before he chose to scam people and get banned.

You however started getting active one and a half month after he was DNT'ed.

1. I'm assuming you mean that what I wrote was typed poorly, so i'll re explain. A user told me that I had someone on my IP audit, I was concerned and asked a mod (Veng) about it, and he said it was not a problem, so I didn't worry at all.

3. Note this is personal, so is there any way a mod can not display this publicly? This is starting to make sense to me, as last Wednesday I was all over the place because of the fact that it was the day of graduation for a lot of my friends ( I will gladly prove this). I'm assuming that's why the IP is logged on my audit, as I went from place to place with my friends, and stopped by many of their houses. If it helps my case, I can tell any staff member what I did on that day.

4. I just wanted to point out that I am genuinely not a scammer, I see that Frunzik was banned for dicing, I don't even gamble myself. All I wish to do on these forums is offer my services.

5.Yea I just noticed that, so it doesn't help my case too much. I wasn't active until recently because of the fact that I didn't have much to offer, but then I found workers who were familiar with Runescape and realized I could make something of my account here.

This post summed up: I logged in from last Wednesday, you agree the fact that I am interested in the same fields as the banned user is irrelevant, but I also argue that i'm not interested in some of the fields he is interested in, such as in depth cryptocurrency and gambling. I logged in last Wednesday because of the fact that I was all around my town, going to my friends houses and stuff. If you could give me the last 4 of the IP, I could work to get to the bottom of this. I know that you guys have heard this an insane amount of times, but I genuinely am not the user that I have been accused of being.

All I have to do is successfully show you guys that i'm not the user "frunzikcat" and I should be un-banned, yes? I strongly believe that I will be able to, and am already developing hunches on who it may be. I also want to say that I am only here to run a legitimate business. I have over 10 workers who put in tons of hours daily to satisfy the requirements that I need them to, because of the orders I received from here. Losing my privilege to offer my services here would be detrimental, as this is the largest forums for runescape services. I am not saying this to earn your pity or make you feel bad for me, I am saying this to show that I appreciate this platform and have more to lose than I could ever possible gain by losing my ability to offer services here.

Thanks, I hope you guys reconsider your decision, if I am given the information requested (last 4 digits of IP), I WILL find where I logged into that IP.

 

Could you please make a clearer post of what you posted and what was copy-pasted? Because right now it's one mess in my mind.

I have reviewed this with @Champ. Him and I both are not buying your story. Besides that it's very hard for us to figure out the difference between a friend of yours and yourself, especially if you're both on the same IP and use Sythe both in the same year, in which one of you guys scams. Therefore you'll be held liable for his actions and will be considered as "him".
