    After 9 days of no response from the support team other this is my last hope so hopefully you can help me out.

    Im having a HUGE problem.

    Im a seller for POE at PA.

    After a break i changed some of my orders from hide > active, when editing some of my offers prices it was already strange that I didnt receive a email with a new offer created like i normally would.

    After a couple of hours I checked back and to my surprise I had a open order that had been there for over a hour, luckily the buyer had not cancelled the order (I have 20min delivery checked) so I could still complete it.

    After that I rechecked my mail and i received not a single mail, no update to my order, no mail when time was up, no mail when the order was complete, nothing, not on my inbox / spam / trash nowhere, i checked all my mail settings and there is no problem, receiving mails from everywhere just fine and your mails are not blocked from my end.

    So after that I did some testing, making new offers, changing current orders, I just dont get a single email back with updates on offers / orders.

    Only thing I could think of to try was change my email, I did receive the mail on both my normal email and to the email i transferred too about the change but at the new email the problem was the same, I dont get a single email with updates about my offers / orders.

    As such its now completely impossible to do any selling on PA (besides adding multiple hours to delivery but that means losing lots of trades for people that want a quick delivery)

    I tried to go to the "contact us" page of PA but for some reason my account name + password does not work on the support page?
    Changing password did not help.

    So im out of idea's can you guys please review my account and see if something is wrong on your end that is blocking the update mails?
    I do receive the newsletter, changing mail, new password mails just not the new offer / update to offer / order mails.

    I confirmed with the banks and they approve the transaction but player auction reversed the transaction two times. I am wondering why player auctions did that because i always made honest purchase.

    Opened a dispute about a guy locking the account trying to recover the password, paid $100 for it. It has been a week since the dispute as been opened up and i also provided full proof the account is locked and it is being recovered, i have yet to receive my $100.

    Hello again. The support team got back to me just a while ago and they told me that they're going to reopen the case and send both you and the other user an email. This is now in a mediation process and they will be asking you questions for clarity. Please collate all evidences that you have sent so far, and I understand this is a hassle, but they might ask for those again during the mediation. And no worries not all, you are not definitely not a pain in the a. XD All part of the job, and I'm happy to do what I can.

    First off, I am terribly sorry about this. Sorry to cause you any concern. We've recently had a problem with our mail servers where automatic game account deliveries are not being sent to buyers correctly. The problem has been identified by our tech and this has been resolved since last two weeks, but for some reason other orders like this are being affected. Changing the email resolves the problem because it refreshes the mail server for some reason. I can also assure you that your account is in good standing condition. For now, I strongly advise you to check on your orders through the website in the event that the emails become stuck or delayed again. Truly sorry about this. If it continues to be a problem, notify me here so I can make a formal report about this.

    Hello Alexander. I'm sorry about this. As per checking, the payment bounced back to us. I have now released it back, but you need to contact PayPal from your end and ask them to verify the account for you, because you are expecting payment from us. If you could do this in the next 5 hours, that would be awesome as after that, our next batch of payments are going to be sent out. If not that, then it will be released about 30+ hours from now. Sorry for the hassle.

    Hello there. For these two orders, were you able to get a verification email from us? When you place an order for the first time in a long while or if you are a first time buyer, we send a verification form to the email address associated with the payment account you used for the said order (this email could be different from the email account attached to your PlayerAuctions account). You might have missed the email, causing the order to be closed early. I'm very sorry as the order might have been important.

    Hello again, Legion. Could I have the order ID for this so I can check? Please note that evidences need to be compelling so we may enact the insurance. Our team needs to deliberate if the evidence proves that the seller reclaimed it. For now, kindly send me the order ID so I can check with our team. If you're wondering what kind of evidence you need to send, a statement from the game publisher telling you that the game account was reclaimed by the original owner, especially if it also mentions in the email/correspondence which account (the email address or username).

    No i was not able to get vertification for those orders, but i already went through that processs from past orders since I place 600 order every week for gold farming for bdo. I get declined 5 mins after I place order and my bank already gives the ok sign. But your system doesn’t.

    No hassle at all - thank you so much! Please could you let them know that I'm in GMT (currently BST) and that I work from approximately 4am EST to 1pm est so I'm not ignoring them if they message during those hours lol
    When should I expect to hear from them?

    Just checked, still getting no mails from updates / new offers / orders.
    Changing my mailadres / browser does not work, as it is now i simply cannot use PA.
    If u dont have 20 min delivery time on POE u simply dont get any orders and even at 2hours im still gonna miss trades if they where to come, continously checking the site for orders is tedious and shouldnt be necessary...

    Hi there, I was hoping you could help me with an issue Ive been having with the PlayerAuctions website

    I place an order for a clash royale account I want to buy, use the secure checkout option and try to pay with paypal

    It seems to work, but after 2 minutes or less the order status is updated and it says "payment failed"

    Please help!

    Yes I also get that message today after I placed 1500 order. I got failed message and pa took my money and there has been no reversal. On my bank statement there -1500.

    The dispute was escalated before I had the chance to send all the relevant evidence. Now it's closed in favor of the seller? I guess because it looked like we were coming to a resolution. However, soon after I found 100% proof that the seller did recover the account. I sent this evidence to the seller, he stopped responding. I also sent this evidence to your customer support before the dispute was closed but it was closed in favor of the seller.

    I never got access to the account again. Seller didn't give it back yet. Kept trying to lie his way out from this until I sent him the evidence I found.

    EDIT: I now have, on top of everything else, email confirmation from Jagex that the original owner of the account recovered the account.

    I believe the seller on my complaint has been banned or deleted his account, perhaps? I can no longer see his listings and cannot click onto his account through my messages with him, I get a 404 error, even if I'm logged out.
    Any updates on how this is going?

    hello player auction my user is tina94, for this past 2 days now I am not able to purchase anything on the website due to "failed payment" I have been able to buy before without any problems using paypal payment would be verified within seconds, but recently it would accept the payment and then in about a min it would say "Payment Failed" please help

    Same with me I've been trying to pay them using skrill and paypal, both are payment failed even though I have more than enough money.

    I have spoken with my bank just to make sure it's not on my end, and they gave me the go ahead. and It still rejects it.

    Same I called my bank and paypal to see if anything is up, they said my account hasn't been blocked or limited by security measures.
    I'm guessing some thing is wrong with player auctions system? because I bought stuff over $200 before last month or so.

Please make sure all information you use are accurate and that there are no discrepancies. If need be, change your email address on your payment and PA accounts to one that you have been using for a long time (IE, a personal one). Kindly try again a different day then see if it works.
