Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: I sold an account to somebody, and the buyer claimed the account was hacked and asked for the password to be changed. Despite telling him multiple times that it wasn't possible (as I believed my email was still on the account and I know for a fact I didn't take the gold) and that he should move his gold off each night after use, neither of us attempted a password change. Upon attempting to change the password, we realised it wasn't attached to my email, nor his anymore. It had actually been hacked, so we refunded him immediately.

Anything else you wish to say: In hindsight, I should have checked to see what the registered email still was. In addition, instead of allowing Spicy to retain the same password on the account as when it was sold to him (by his own request, he wanted the email and the password kept the same), I should have forced him to change it to something that only he knew. While I don't think I did anything wrong or malicious as I was under false pretenses, I understand that I should have at least looked into it for Spicy, rather than just assuming nothing was wrong. I wish nobody on this site harm, nor do I bear any malice. I take great pride in my reputation within this community as a trustworthy individual, and I'd like to move on from this isolated incident of misjudgment.
