WasluGold recovered account?

Bought an account from WasluGold which I believe is reputable so this could be a mistake... but I lost access to the account I purchased from him. Paid in BTC. He’s been gone for about three days after I purchased the account and has been offline since.

What all do I need to post here for proof?

Wasn’t really sure what to do so I figured I’d just come here and see what happens?

Hey @King @bprhillside When I last spoke with WasluGold, he was at the army base training for a few days, so that may be the reason why he hasn't replied and has been offline.

 

Finally free to upload everything so I’ll get that done in a moment. I still think there’s a misunderstanding because he wouldn’t ruin his reputation over $72...

 

Edit: but obviously until the account that I purchased gets back into my hands, I have to put him on blast. I’ll post everything here ASAP

Here you can see that I sent him payment VIA $70 worth of BTC and he got it. He then sent me the email and password and it all worked. After a few days of playing eventually I recieved an email from Jagex saying that someone tried to reset password and I didn't think anything of it. The next day the password was changed and I couldn't get back into the account and he has been gone for awhile.

 

@King am I missing anything?

 

DNT'd for now as a precaution as the time-stamp of the conversation lines up with the vouch so that's fine. I'll give him a few days to respond since @T1N0 said he may be away, and if he doesn't respond then he's more than welcome to dispute this. @WalsuGold Respond here when you can brother.

@bprhillside I'd like to ask did you ever scan your computer before? Maybe this could've been due to your computer being infected assuming you received a message to your email about a password change (maybe I'm overthinking).

 

Ill scan it now but I should be fine. But I hope we can work this out and that this is only a misunderstanding or a mistake as he seemed like an awesome guy.

First of all thanks tino letting guys know the reason why i was not online. Now for the main reason my accounts should be 100% safe, but can you link me details etc in private i figure out what the problem. For second i am going refund your everything you paid when i get the details cause you are number 1 prio. this money goes out of my pouch cause i gave you all details on the account so i am unable recovery it back.

ps. let sort this out fast as possible so i can continue business

@WalsuGold so if the account is just gone forever and you can’t recover it, I’ll just take the refund and then close this case.

 

can you provide some kind inffo about account is locket or not in your hands cause i cannot pay blindless the refund for you. Cause i have hard time beliving account is gone, but if thats case i will refund you 100% no problems with that.

@WalsuGold If the user deems the account not safe anymore, you will be responsible for a full refund.

 

What’s the best way to prove this? Like a live chat of doing a test recover? I setup my email on the OSRS account for recovery purposes and as well as to get his email off (Obivously). But my email has changed from the account and no longer get “reset password” emails like I did before the account got “jeopardized” in whatever way it to no longer have access to it.
