I had agreed with @Mentarley to create an account and train it for me. We discussed this in voice and some in DM's. The account was created and @Mentarley started training it. After awhile I completely forgot about it. @Mentarley requested I change the password a few times and only after I took a second look did I realize it was the account I originally hired him to create. I gave him the email/password links so he could continue training the account. After awhile I once again forgot about the account until recently. A series of events created by @Mentarley has made me go back and check my records with him.









Now there's another report incoming and it involves @Mentarley and supposedly his 3rd hack in less than a year. Ment was partnered with both James and Wolf. Supposedly the accounts were wiped twice and all gold removed. Ment blamed them and they blamed ment. After their partnership ended @Mentarley left dragondyce. He thoroughly believed james or wolf did it. Well a few months later he tried coming back to dragondyce. He claimed he was once again hacked and the accounts were cleaned. He apologized to wolf and james and said it couldnt of been them because they didnt have the passwords anymore. Ment thought it could of possibly been the scripter. At this point it didnt matter and no one wanted anything to do with him. His rank wasnt offered back and eventually he stopped coming around. After a few weeks James asked me if he could report ment since he claimed it was hacked and not their fault. I told him 100% report ment. WHen he went back to check their shared skype and discord convo's. Ment had erased every single message... SO when you do business with ment just be aware of what kind of piece of shit he is.

 

I was asked to find anything I could about ment. I went back into my conversation with james concerning ment. This is what I found.



This was sent to James after ment left ddyce and wanted back in. He claimed to have the accounts cleared 3x total. 2 of those 3 times where touch's/ wolfs money. I believe 1b total was removed. This is the only screen shot of their conversations. Since james took this and sent it to me everything has been erased by ment. Why? Is he trying to hide something? Oh maybe the fact that hes a scumbag, degenerate gambling fuck boy, who wants nothing more in life than to be a nigger! If you dont believe me just watch one of his fucking video's on youtube...



However since he's now claimed to of been hacked 4x in the past year it's safe to say he's a risk to the community. Eventually someone is going to get scammed a large amount. This is exactly the same shit i tried to get u people to see about @Gun. Please take the necessary steps to remove @Mentarley from the sythe community until he can prove he's not a risk to other traders. The greater good of the community outweighs one wigger.

 

Ok I would just like to clear up a few things here. Hattez I made you an account yes. Not that this has anything to do with the threats via discord. For a start your banned for posing a risk to the staking community. And banned on sythe. And second I would you like you guys to rewind to where James/aka touch made a fraudulent claim against me. Made it hidden so that it was extremely difficult to figure out what the reason was. I had to do my own research and refused to host until the issue was resolved I know. You might be twists buddy and he's making you do this but the following information I'm about to provide is sickening. Bearing in mind guys that this person has no proof what so ever for the allegations he's trying to make. But I have proof oh yes I do.

Then attempting to propose battery opon my name. It's easy to team up to attack a person and flame them for being a scammer. But its all well saying it, but please show me something that I did wrong. As I've refunded the guy that this happened to. Bear in mind even tho I didn't have to because of him not getting a confirmation via sythe. I refunded $1616.00 to JP. That, unfortunately, got scammed. Was refunded out of genuine belief that he fell victim to the crime. And wasn't able to provide screenshots of the two items he said he was scammed (purple+yellow phat). However was still refunded as I believed he was genuine and whether I could of got away with a technicality or not. I'm not that way inclined.

In 2011 the guy refused to allow me to swap my friend out of the clan for another. and told me to take the 5k loss.

When Ment was banned I recovered an account I sold to him for x amount (Ill have to look back to see how much it was)
If a ruling is decided and Ment is to be banned for something please tag me in it so I can refund those that are scammed with the money that I received for said account. If ment is ruled to be clear of all charges, please tag me as well so I can return the account to him.

 

One day ment messaged me in discord asking me for my skype and proposed the offer to me of staking with him , he told me hes been staking a while and he was looking for a partner to stake with, he asked me for money ($400) upfront to foot the cost of the accounts/script. I also gave 500m to fund the accounts to stake. I woke up one day to a bunch of accusations of scamming 1b (500 mine 500 his) at 3 am in the morning, I spoke to him at about 7 am when I got to college, upon inquiring into who had access to the accounts he told me that James did also ( I never knew that anyone else had accesss to the accounts/scripts) Ment accused James of scamming us he and he said just wait for James to give a response and not to worry about it he will use money off his main to continue ( fishy because you’d think if he thinks someone scammed him he’d stop and review rather than continuing straight away..)
In my pMs ment told me that it was James who scammed us and he was telling James that he thought it was a virus, then moved on to blame the scripter. 
For the first month in ‘staking’ with ment I was never given access to the accounts /scripts he’d Skype call and screen share and pretty much just have me watch him stake…. After the first month he decided to buy a vps so that I could access the accounts/ scripts but still only through his pc. ( still didn’t trust me even though I invested into this after HE approached me) At this point I had enough and messaged him 2 days later saying I don’t want to partner with him anymore because I never had access to anything and I also asked him for my money back and/or the script because I felt entitled to something after investing all that money for nothing. He kept asking me to pay an additional 200m for the script because I didn’t put in any ‘hours’ ( but how could I with no access to the accounts/script even though I paid $400 for them. I told him I wasn’t going to pay for it and he sent me another version of it that was broken that he paid for previously while staking with James ( James told me and he confirmed it) So stopped staking with him and left with nothing after being cheated out of my money

- In the youtube video you will hear him admit that I gave him 500m for the accounts and ill post some gyazos of deleted convos with him.

 

I'll be replying with a follow up post to this with even more evidence against Mentarley, He also blamed me for multiple accounts of scamming when I've done nothing but be loyal. Also I have evidence of sythe admin Shin banding together to avoid bans and scamming accusations.

 

In this video he claims I didn't I kicked him off I never kicked him off. Bearing in mind this video was taken at the point where all the damage was done. The staking script I had made for us was leaked to many stakers via manny (raza's amirs) staking partner back in the day who wiped everyone they ever brought into staking. And laughed about it while telling me. There is no way I would stream my self-scamming. The whole problem was that having streams would of put us in a bad position in terms of having that footage tweeted. Having no risk to james or wolf but tons of risk to me. And the streams being deleted is referring to when a user that is currently suspended on osbot (Final_Scripts) this user use to stake for us. I believe after 1 year of processing what could of happened. That Final scammed me the first time. I didn't know this at the time. James/Manny/Touch scammed the second time (6 months ago). I find it funny that you claim you was the one that got scammed. But I was the one to bring this up via voice first. If I scammed you I'm sure you would of told twist first (aka k0) and tried to get your money back you never did? Why didn't you message twist and tell him? Why did I go off at you first? Why would I of left a $1,000 rank. (bearing in mind I was never kicked I simpy left the clan) and never once tried to come back. Because I refused to host alongside you? Did I get kicked? No? I left off basic principle. As my name was worth than a 1,000 usd rank cmon now do the maths why wouldn't I of kept my rank and attempted to scam further if I was a scammer. Proof that I left and felt sick you was allowed to stay. Please show some evidence that says I scammed wolf.

Slating my clan for no reason because I decided to leave and played a huge part in the success of dragon dyce. When we decided to re-release the clan in 2016 and in 2011. I was a shift leader in this clan. That made a lot of the systems and procedures they use to this day. Thanks to the thought out guides I had made. This person uses anybody he can to pay for what ever is needed to better his clan without spending he's money. That's why he has a admin in there called Big Little Bob. That constantly picks fault at hosts. And explains to twists who he thinks is weak and who isn't. He's constantly allowing users to upgrade to plat, and dragon ranks. 2k-4k worth of usd. then deranking them to lower stars like bronze stars that only cost 300 usd. Ranks I've known him to do this to in the last month,
3 Platinum ranks. Myself, Secnx Lanleigh Slowcooker, And Devil.







This is disgusting and has been going on as long as I can remember. I think the only reason they made this appeal was due to the fact that. This calculated person thought it was a great idea to have 4,5 of hes ranks all make separate allegations against me in attempt to belittle my name. I requested my self to be banned as an interest of public safety. I was never banned without trying to pleed my case. When I woke up I wasn't banned there was a dispute left open waiting for my responce. And make me out to be something I'm not. Person that posted the youtube video (Dragon rank in ddyce called decimate.) Wolfzblood Platinum star rank. Ment scams that first posted. Hattez Dragon rank (known tweeter and banned user on sythe). And as for the supposedly 120m owed. Would you like me to provide evidence that states you would pay the full 1bill 07 you was mage scammed for? I've got it all recorded buddy.




As for my discord account it has now been disabled and the #0001 has been transfered to my secure account. I would like to also remind people to user saying I pose a threat to the sythe community is also the person that has posed a threat the staking community for leaks and tweets. And is banned on sythe. My livestream caused me to be hacked. Leaking such information of the 2fa token. and in emails I've been told there is no way to recover my account without having the 2fa disabled and id, nitro payment id, and any email attached. Is not enough information to have the auth removed. Seems stupid but its in discords terms and conditions. I can reassure you this was a hack. And everything is now secured. This is why I asked to be banned for aslong as I did because I wanted to stay banned until I was 110% positive that all my emails, accounts, passwords was changed and my all my pcs was set to factory settings.

 

These are two payouts you still owe me, you also haven't repaid any of your staff and I don't think you plan to because you're unorganized garbage. You complain about being overwhelmed with work after having to write a sythe report. Dramatic. Lazy. Scamming piece of shit. As for the staking you also promised to reimburse me all my losses even after we proved that your 1.1 x bullshit is a bust and you your self have lost 4000$ from it.
I've put in 80-100hrs a week for Mentarley without any wages or pay just out of shear confidence that he was a good guy and everything would work out. I tried to quit his server to move on to better things in my life and he called me crying that he didn't want to do this server without me :

You claimed you went on a 18 loss streak. And then change your story saying you fucked up and you was scammed which you lied about. But you never once showed any gyazos of the losses never had your join.me on when you was required to. Went to sleep for 18 hours. Mentarley paid me for the partyhat that was scammed by the supposed hacker. This is a statement that I did out of my own will. Regardless of the accusation made, i was reimbursed even if the technicality of the said report could have easily left me with nothing because of the absence of the scythe pm. This was done out of good-will and genuine effort to remedy the problem. This became a necessary and long-overdue statement that I should have made moment I was paid.

Now, there are differing opinion everywhere about Mentarley or otherwise, this should serve as a statement that the problem I have had was resolved. Although it took a long time and became a very emotional roller-coaster, the remedy was enough to clean Mentarley's name on my mind. I know that this might be difficult for others to accept, this is my opinion, it is difficult to feel vicariously for others when i was not part of their own dealings. It is also difficult to form an opinion about anyone without being in the context it was in. This difficulty is the very reason why being unbiased and to see this without any prejudice is difficult to achieve.

This is my thoughts and feelings, although it may be unpopular to serve my conscience by thanking Mentarley for his genuine effort to remedy the problem, this is what I experience. I cannot speak for others nor live vicariously with their stories as without context, it all means nothing to me.

 

@shawnnoleary You told me to keep the 120m 07. On top of that your big win (80m was won on the 18/05/2018) I paid you $100.00 on the 20/05/2018. + A d war hammer that was tossed to you to help you out even more. If you would like to refund the 100 bucks I can convert this into 120m for you no probs.

 

lmao having people who work for you say anything is not proof, provide evidence as for that 100$ that was for 2 months of 18 hr shifts a day every single day. To work for a delinquent moron who lacks the education to spell basic words. Let alone, running a business. Nice 20,000$ your plans really working out huh buddy? Pay out the 120m or provide factual evidence. Also by posting the screenshot above you just confirmed that the 100$ was not sent for that reason at all. If the 100$ was for the payout you wouldn't have asked your moderators to confirm anything it would have been closed.

@Mentarley The $100 you gave him was a friend giving (own will), which is NOT to be refunded. Why? Because if you donate or give someone money you can't expect to just take it back, regardless of the events that occur after the donation / giving.

We have no proof of debts in these screenshots. Basically just chats of "X" amount of money lost. You will need to provide evidence in how @Mentarley is the one who has taken this gold.

If there is anymore evidence you guys are holding out / waiting to post, then please feel free to post your evidence now, or forever hold your peace. It is absolutely absurd this report has came to this point, and that this evidence has been withheld for this long.

 

@Champ waited til now because he banned me for an alleged scam with no evidence. Asked me a question then banned me because I said I had no idea what he was on about.
Collecting gp with Ment is extremely difficult and he was constantly complaining about going broke so I let him know whenever he was ready he can pay me out. I've proved he's very delayed on payouts very clearly in my above post.

As for the odds staking I believe this is a common scam he does behaves and talks just the way a scammer would luring you in and acting like a friend :





He always kept pushing me and asking me to sell more and more until I had 1b exactly. I sold every single item in my bank and ment lead me to believe that he would cover me. He's smart and told me this the majority of times where I don't voice record every conversation like a spastic cunt but I do have a couple of screenshots of him saying he would be my arm rest if this went south and that this was a no risk method.
This is obviously a scam he's insuring me that there is no risk in what I'm doing, All I'm supposed to do is profit from this.




As for why I've waited so long, It's because ment was a dear friend of mine that I gave my life up to work for. He did nothing but disappoint me with his childish behavior, disobedience to his staff and overall disloyal attitude. I'm pleased to say I'm no longer a part of his "team" aka slaves. This is the reason for this post, had he have not been such an asshole I would have let this all slide but enough's enough you're an asshole this is who you are you're a manipulator. Accept the fact that the friends you have are around you for money and live with it.

I never asked you to leave your job. I found out you left your job when I asked you how comes your on for so long. You've not been a dear friend for a while now. Ever since this happened and you lied and then backtracked saying you was scammed when I asked you to be straight in the beginning and you weren't. Just to clarify these messages that have been posted from my dms with Shawn have been taken out of context and to this day I do not believe ment would ever scam or not repay any money he owes someone.
Firstly, those are two separate conversations on 2 different days on 2 completely unrelated subjects.
The first conversation was us discussing if there was an end game to Ment's server in which he'd end up profiting because he was upset at me when he thought I wasn't keeping track of where the money we were paying was going and was upset with that. To explain things for people viewing this and it's just screenshots with no context, Ment had already owed me around 600m and I knew with the keys I had it would most likely end up being 1B.

The second conversation is a lengthy one and was where we were all owed a lot of money at this point, but all eventually got paid, but I came to realize Ment had been dealing with a sythe report and was too busy to reply to anyone at all, he'd only been talking to Shawn because he's his right hand when it comes to any situation, there's a lot that will be left out because this was just a light, fun conversation where we were supposedly joking, but I'll show the relevant parts.

All in all, our time working with Ment has proven to be nothing but a good time, but money changes many. We all started working for Ment KNOWING it was pro bono; with time those who couldn't handle the time in for payouts from keys left, as it is any employees' right. But Shawn decided to take a different route, instead of just walking away it all become about "I put in x amount of time, for 0 amount of money," Yes.. you've defined working for free correct. But here's how moneyhungry he ended up being and all his conversations were about money, money, money, and this is nothing more than a witchhunt and try at a pass for free gpz.
