    Hex banned for defacing ipkers pic, same as bulrog.

    ipker however was convicted IRL of attempted fraud via bad cheques. So he's currently awaitig trial and thus banned here also.

    I think @FlyingToast lives near him irl and can confirm, same as @kmjt
