[CDT] Sythe Member of the Month | May Nominations [Ends 1st of June]

Welcome to this months Member of the Months nominations thread!

This is a chance for CDT and the Sythe community as a whole to give back to those members who have a positive influence on the community!


Examples of good Member of the Month nominees:

They are positive and optimistic.
They are always willing the help other members.
They are active through the entire community.
They are willing to go the extra mile to help.


How the nomination process works:

The community can nominate members by tagging them in this thread, along with a reason for nominating them.
The Development Teams will then vote on a winner from the top 5 nominees.


Nominee requirements:

Must be registered on Sythe for at least 2 months.
Members who have DNT or TWC are not eligible.
Moderators and Admins are not eligible.
You can not nominate yourself.


How to nominate somebody:

Reply to this thread and tag the user you would like to nominate (one nomination per person!) with a brief summary of why you have chosen to nominate them and why they deserve the award.

Feel free to mention multiple members and staff to show your appreciation,
but only choose one valid member as your nomination.

Any troll posts or votes will result in an infraction and the punished member will receive -3 votes if they are nominated.
Asking for votes in any form may result in disqualification from MOTM and any future CDT Events. (Including Spam Forum/Discord)
A second offence will result in an infraction and disqualification from next months event
and a third offence will result in another infraction and disqualification for the next three months.


What do you win?

The winner of the Member of the Month award will receive the exclusive Member of the Month Minirank to display their achievement.

My vote will go to @Leslie. Her charisma is unmatched, she has an amazing smile, and most importantly she says hi to me.

 

I nominate @John Devola for member of the month. He has been very active in the discord contributing very thoughtful discussion and he brings a lot to the table. Additionally he is taking over a large project using his own funds to do so, which I respect a ton for his willingness to do such a thing for the community.

 

@Tmoe Since he's no longer admin I think he deserves it at least once for all of the hardwork he's done for the community.

 

I nominate @Leslie because she helped me during some of the hardest times in my life. Her support is an important asset of this website and that is why I am nominating her.

 

I am def a guy, at least im pretty sure I am.

I am going to have to go for @Flights this month. He really came outa left field to be a big part of this project I am taking on. Props to him for helping out when not expected.

Honorable mention @Jason who is a great guy and did a lot as well.

 

I'll be voting @Jason for the amount of people he has reported. That's possibly the only thing that stuck to my mind this month.

 

@Blaze : A very thoughtful and kind member of this community. Throughout the last couple months, his commitment to middlemanning trades and reducing scams has greatly contributed to the well being of this website. On a more personal note (this is not a troll, so please do not suggest otherwise), he has given advice to my little brother who is currently experiencing gender identity issues. Without revealing too much, it's nice to know that respected members of this community belong in underrepresented groups and do not hesitate to help those who seek it.

@Andy Samberg Has been semi-active, and quite helpful. He's done a lot for SytheLib, and has encouraged discussion several times within the community. I'd like to give him my nomination.

@John Devola / @Wonderland Good job this month as well to both of you for the same reasons listed above.
