I will just work with Paypal to get my money back I learned my lesson but you guys should watch this seller and him posting that listing will add more victims to his list. I don't think he belongs on the site. Also I couldn't contact support because he says you have to contact him discord or he will cancel your purchase. Very sneaky and deceiving he is.

 

Updating my issue: I have now been paid, thanks for the good support.

If it's not too much to ask, I would still like to ask you to report this to us through the dispute process you mentioned so you can at least bring this to the support team's attention. Perhaps that way we can flag the seller for scamming and maybe do a ban on him. In any case, I will be here if you need to ask anything or to talk.

I'm sorry about this, but 404 errors appear when your PA account is suspended. Please email [email protected] about it so you can inquire about the suspension reason and also to inquire about how you can have your account reinstated. I will check your PM very soon and see if I can get any info on this.

 

Updating my issue. So the seller has delivered me account info to my email address (after I requested him to do so), but provided an account password that didnt work. I messaged him on site asking him to send me the correct account info (as you suggested for record purposes) and am awaiting the info now. Should he not provide it, I'm not expecting a charge on my bill.

hello. I bought an account for OSRS last week and about I went to login and the info was changed. I bought the insurance at the time of the account purchase and filed the dispute with evidence. About how long does it take for PlayerAuctions to resolve this? The guy I have purchased this account from Has been online multiple times since me filing the dispute without doing anything on his part to resolve/fix this. Also may I pm you with some questions about evidence and such? it is really hard to do this since you guys cancelled your live chat

 

Hello @mssnaggletooth, for concerns like this it would be best if you can give us your information right away, such as your order ID and username. I am from different time zone and it would be really helpful for your case if I can give it a look the moment I spot your message to me. Without that, I will have to ask for your details first which adds to the processing time, and during then the payment to your seller could be released --- by then I wouldn't be able to help you.

For now, please PM your order ID and username, and of course you can definitely PM me with all your questions. It's what I'm here for I'm sorry for the hassle about taking off the live chat, it has been clogging our customer service operations due to spams on and off topic about PA, but our [email protected] email is always open and worked on 24/7.

I will wait for your PM and if time allows, I will put a freeze on your seller's payment so we have some leeway for this.
