Chad here, I understand Richard made the statement a while back stating I wasn't allowed here and told staff not to handle my disputes and I respected that but when I proceed to trade with a user and he gets to scam me with no repercussions that isn't really fair. I don't like drama and I like to stay in my own lane and avoid trouble. Please don't insta-close this report just because I'm Elite Dust if this was any other member it wouldn't of happened but to Richard I am a sub human alien because he doesn't like me.

Richard if you're reading this I'm going to beg ya not to close this just because you don't like me. You have this bad image of me which doesn't accurately represent me. I'm active within all the communities and tend to keep a good note with everyone.

Explanation of the trade: 2.5B 07 @ $.66/M BTC
How they scammed: I sent the BTC, proceeded to tell me he got approved to 'antiscam' me and that he won't be delivering the gold, I talked to Video and the evidence that was presented to Video was fabricated and after I proved that Video told me that Sythe won't be getting involved whilst Pingy gets to keep my BTC with no consequences for blatant scamming. Pingy is already banned from all the staking Discords but I'm writing this because it's foolish he gets to walk a free man on Sythe. Video dragged me into this mess and now I'm just supposed to pretend nothing happened? Like come on?

I'm just going to go over everything as easy as I can below.

Player at duel arena giving big odds with 50b+ > Pingy loses 10b to him > Me/my crew win 40b+ > Pingy tweets us (Out of jealousy) > Whale stops staking us > Pingy wins 27b > Pingy gets tweeted/banned 5 minutes later > Pingy has it set that I/my crew were the ones who tweeted him when I/none of us did, we were busy dumping our gold.

When I was buying gold yesterday Pingy went to Video and asked if he could antiscam me because 'I got him banned for 27b', he presented fabricated screenshots that weren't real and Video gave him the permission. I talked to Video and proved they weren't real and then he tells me the antiscam is no longer approved, 4 hours later he tells me Sythe won't be getting involved. I asked if Pingy would get banned on Sythe and he said no?

I have no debts, I didn't tweet the kid, I told him I didn't tweet him, there was multiple fake screenshots tossed around and under Sythe jurisdiction now everyone and their family has permission to scam me? I care about my reputation even though I'm banned on Sythe and this is really shitty I can't get an ounce of information out of any1. For the last half of the year I haven't annoyed any of you Sythe staff and just been minding my own business.

Below is the "Proof" that was provided and approved for an antiscam. Keep note none of these have Discord tags included. Keep in mind that this kid is literally a fucking freak who won't leave me alone and I actually got him banned on Sythe last year and he is obsessed with me (Check deleted post in that thread @ Staff)






The other proof Pingy claims to have is another one of his "theories/assumption" of the ownership of one of the Twitter accounts that Tweeted him:



Context: There was a 5b whale around a month ago I stole from Pingy, Pingy was staking him on an account called 'Nadia OX' and I changed my account to 'Nadia XO' and cleaned the whale for 5b+. Pingy this this was me tweeting him taunting at that event, when it isn't.

P.S I will already say that I handled the situation poorly in regards to the way I was talking to Pingy/Northside, yes I did send a lot of empty threats and talk to them like I had a gun pointed at their head, it was out of anger and frustration. I treated them like scammers because thats exactly what happened. the scammed me. I was getting 0 communication from Video and I was the one dragged into this mess. I'm not above the law and I understand that too.

P.P.S Hey Richard if you're reading this I'm sorry I shoehorned you into a groupchat a while back if you remember, I didn't go about it the right way but I had no malicious intent. Even though you probably don't remember I was SIP-DAS in your Toastwallet Discord and actively helped and participated in there.

 

Didn't you hack over 1k accounts and hand over some of them to @Gun and post pastebins, as well as brag about hacking multiple people. Don't think any mod should take this post as serious, have a nice day.

 

Hey there scammer, in February I did post a list of around a thousand hacked accounts that I had for many years, while it may have not been the smartest decision I did it for the giggles and the laughs.

Giggles and laughs is one thing but if my memory serves me right (or screenshots) you actually logged in and participated and destroyed/ruined multiple accounts in that list




This is not even related but if you want to hop on a lot of mumbo jumbo to attempt to justify scamming me then thats fine

Tweet endlessly, and if you think that's my 'proof' you are very wrong.
Under no circumstance are you getting your money back, I could bring up many more subjects that are best not said here. consider yourself lucky I only took 2.5b

 

This subject is not easily understood, and you know this yourself, making this silly post doesn't effect anything. You cannot conclude a decision without knowing all the details. Getting Kicked out of a discord I literarily don't care about, everyone has a mutual relationship with you which is the only reason you are still in any discord.

You Provide individuals with splits (making them money) . You provide chicks with accounts for his RWT adventures, and who knows what else you provide to other people such as lists of rsns of other stakers. Second of all, the discord I got kicked out of is for 'non-scammers' however you have hacked 1k+ people, openly admitted to being associated with hackers and hacking people. Sent multiple hackers to 'threat' me, as well as selling hacked amazon gift cards. But clearly the minds of the deluded leaders of these discords, see NONE of this as a problem.

Just as clarification on sending account appeals i never sent in appeals, nor have any plans to get involved in this mess as it isn't my business. Any accounts that were sold to bikers/pingy/north side and whomever else that has any concerns will NOT be recovered.

 

How is me asking people who sold accounts to recover them social engineering? You scammed me and I was in pursue of retreiving my money? And yes as Grendmas said he didn’t recover anything but if you are found guilty I will take the accounts off the debt.

 

You also owe @Otter his split, when he asked to get paid out you ignored him

 

Otter was paid his money back + 3.3B profit, me and bikers had none of it, we lost our OWN MONEY on top of the profits. Yet hes here complaining?

As much as Sythe doesn't want Chad involved in Sythe I don't think it's okay to just let people scam/anti-scam him, and unless you can show a Discord tag next to the screenshot of him telling people to tweet you, I don't think this is okay.

Chad may of posted hacked accounts but that's not against the Sythe rules anymore, you're allowed to do Blackhat as long as no Sythe members are involved in said hacking.

I'll talk to Video about this on a more serious level as I believe it should be more than just "Sythe isn't getting involved."
We strive to help people avoid getting scammed, we cannot just advocate allowing people to scam 1 person.

I'm going to lock this report for now to avoid any unwanted comments/opinions.

For clarification, there was proof given to Admins of Chad tweeting/scamming Pingy. Please do not go out of your way to scam Chad unless you have solid proof of being scammed/tweeted by him.
Even then, I would advise against it. Just don't do business with him.
