The reason for ban evasion is because I was trying to urgently sell some of my unwanted accounts to pay bills on time. I waited 2 weeks for a response before giving up and looking through the pardon now it took a month for you to ask for additional evidence.

In the previous pardon you asked for a final payment before I moved, Here is the screenshot of the bill which included my final payment to the service provider: [removed]

Although I am not CrackerJack, I am willing to pay back the debt he owes, 36.5m rs3 = 9m osrs and im willing to pay that to be able to trade

Its been a few days and I lost several customers due to this, just wondering roughly how long until i can atleast get an update?

I'd like to see this proof, because you've really got the wrong guy hahaha i literally showed you that I moved houses prior to connecting to the IP which you banned me from? What else do you want for me to prove im not him? I'll supply whatever I can

 

You've provided us with proof that you've moved houses in December 2017. The IP matching you with @CrackerJack59 was in January 2017.

 

and how many times did I connect to Sythe with this IP? Ive moved around a lot in the past couple years, generally happens when you reach the age of 18, if youd prefer to just lose a honest member then thats fine, but i need you to work with me here

 

I am unable to see how many times you've connected to Sythe with this IP. I've only moved once when I was 18 and I certainly did not coincidentally move to another house in which another Sythe user lived, a banned one to be precise.

 

You may not have moved many places but I have, and yes apparent coincidentally i could have moved in with someone who scammed 7 years ago.. Look at when SuitUp1 was created? If I was crackerjack would I of atleast logged in from my own home IP sometime between when the account was created (March 2016) to the time I actually connected to crackerjacks IP (Jan 2017) as referred to by your comment

How am I liable for what happened on an IP 7 years ago when I didnt even live here?! Ive provided proof it wasnt me in the form of me leaving a provider, Ive shown that my original Sythe account was made in 2014 with a completely different IP and had never connected to this IP before?

Shits corrupt, Ive been scammed here way more times than I'm happy to admit, and nothing has ever been done to them. Im not about to let the mods and admins of this site scam me too.

 

This was thoroughly discussed with a Sythe administrator and we could came to an agreement to deny this pardon. Your options are:
- Admit to being CrackerJack and request a proper pardon.
- Get in touch with the Sythe administrators in private and discuss this more into detail with them.

Until then, this pardon will be denied.
