[DENIED] Bump Limit for Middleman Section

Currently, there's no limit to how many times you can bump your post in the middleman sub-forum
Obviously, what I am suggesting is adding a limit; whether it be 2 or 6-8 hours or whatever the default is.

Dunno if it's been abused or not but I accidentally bumped it earlier and went to bump my other threads and realized I still have two hours .

 

@gambling_babz As far as I know, MM threads don't count as posts, so in the long run doesn't matter that much. I get where you are coming from in saying it should have a limit, I would say the normal 8 hour limit is definitely fair here. Let me know what you think, I can't access the thread so ya lol.

 

How about you report the posts that bump early?

 

I still think it should be implemented, regardless of post count. It's like . . . by allowing it you almost let ANYONE bump their threads every hour. That clear it up?

Okay, let me re-phrase. How about they implement the system that won't allow someone to bump more than once in an 8 hour time-frame

 

If its not an issue why do we need to implement this?

 

It's already a rule, report the posts breaking it.

I support this as the rule applies to this section, and reports just waste mods time. Sythe.org already has a system that does this in other threads, would be very easy for an admin to implement the SAME system into this section.

TL;DR: support as it reduces the ability to waste mods time.

 

I don't understand why people aren't supporting this when its already been implemented in several other sections on Sythe. Full support, make it so people can't bump really any sections that have to do with the market in any regards until its been 8 hours.

It is added in other sections of the forums, and if it would not take a lot of time to add, I would fully support this suggestion.

Who's to say that NOBODY has abused the post count limit? I don't know why my suggestion on this is getting knocked left and right when there is NO reason it shouldn't be implemented

Denied. We already have moderators in place for whoever abuses this rule. If you see someone abusing this rule, you are more than welcome to make a report.
