    Hi there, Berco. Sorry for the hassle. As per checking, your account at PlayerAuctions is suspended due to filing for a chargeback case. I'm really sorry but as per policy, we cannot process any disputes if an account is suspended, and the reason accounts get suspended is because chargebacks defeat the purpose of our mediation and eliminates the possibility that the other user might not be at fault. Please email [email protected] so our team can look into it and advise you on what to do to remove the suspension. I understand that this does not address your concern about the account you lost, but we cannot facilitate mediations on locked/suspended accounts. For that, I am sorry.

    Hello again, Anthony. I looked into your case and tickets a few moments ago. I'm really sorry they closed it because the evidence/s were deemed insufficient. Kindly give me some time to talk to the support team about this and see if I can work out something for now. As it stands, the case is really closed because upon reopening, if the evidences are still insufficient then they will have to permanently closed this. As a last opportunity, our agent Catherine told you in one of the tickets that you still have 24 hours (as of that writing) to procure any more evidence that you could find. I am also aware that communication with the publisher is very delicate on this matter, as you have to avoid letting them know that the account was bought, but I can guarantee you that it can be asked from them. For the meantime while I work on my side, could you send me the exact evidence you sent to our team through PM? I'm sorry but I have no access to that info, and our team is currently very busy working on a queue.

    Sorry about this. For order 3739465, I checked and it has no dispute yet. You can dispute this order by logging in at PlayerAuctions. Click the upper right icon to be taken to My Account, then from there click on orders and find order 3739465. On the order page, there should be a Dispute button. If you can't do that, you may also send an email to [email protected]; include a brief explanation of the issue, then also include your username and order ID.

    404 issues mean your account is suspended. Apologies for this. Kindly email [email protected] about it so they can inform you about the reason and walk you through the steps required to reinstate your account if allowed.

    Hi there, Goth. As per checking, the dispute is still on-going, and during that unfortunately our hands are tied. My advice is to keep checking and responding on time, and be sure to collect evidences to prove your case. One of the most compelling that you can send is a correspondence from the game publisher that says the original owner reclaimed the account.

    Okay but given the fact that he didn't alert PlayerAuctions that there were Recovery Questions linked to the account shouldn't that void the whole entire sale anyway? I'm not asking for the account back and if he is the original owner (like he is supposed to be to sell on PlayerAuctions) then he can recover the account with the information he used when creating it. And if somehow (even though we all know this is almost impossible) a third party recovered the account then he should still be able to recover it and confirm that with PlayerAuctions therefore giving the dispute closure. It's been 48hrs and the seller is still unresponsive. It's apparent at this point he is either ignoring PlayerAuctions and is going to leave it up to you or me to take the loss. Or they are waiting till the very last minute, like the trolls sellers usually are, to answer the dispute saying he didn't recover the acc or something leading to me being responsible. I understand the grace period and why it is in place. But for future scenarios there should be something that better alerts buyers to check for recovery questions. I mean literally all PA said was "Did you change recovery questions"... you can't change recovery questions and you haven't been able to for awhile now... nor should the buyer be expected to know that the only way to find out if there are recovery questions linked to the account they have to try and recover it. PlayerAuctions should have alerted me and all future buyers to that. It will save you and the buyers a boatload in the end. Idk I suppose the waiting game will continue. -_____- I guess with all the evidence and my terms within the dispute I didn't really see why it wouldn't be a no brainer to just make the seller aware he is free to have his account back and give me my money back. Idk all the prerequisites needed to sell an account but clearly those could use some improving. If not on the sellers end than on PA's. I imagine this is a somewhat common occurrence for PA and a costly one at that. How hard is it to verify the information the seller gave PA before sending it over to the buyer?? I can't imagine its that hard and I don't see why you wouldn't when it would save you money on your end. I'm an idiot and i'll probably use PA again for the same thing once this is resolved. I guess next time I know what to look for when I intend on buying an account to own with you guys. Not rent for 4 days at a insane surcharge and a happy ending lmao... `:laugh:`:laugh:`=@`:sick:

    Hi there, Goth. As per checking, you won the case and the refund has already been sent to you. Sorry for any inconveniences. For next time, the tips I can give you are as follow:

    - Make sure you get the recovery information from the seller, and to change those ASAP
    - Do not click on "accept" as long as you still feel unsafe or off about the account
    - Gather evidences if you think the seller is trying to scam you

    As much as I'd like to guarantee that this won't happen again, the fact of the matter is that game account transactions will always entail some form of risk. Buying an insurance still requires buyers to prove their case, so please be aware of that. But as long as things are in order for you, we'll be sure to process your refund ASAP. PM me anytime if you have any questions.

    Hello Lucianos. I have just resent the game account details to you. Could you please check if you've received it? If it's still not with you, you may ask your seller to deliver the account details to you using the on-site messenger. Please do so using the on-site messenger only. We've had a minor server problem with automatic deliveries; this has been fixed already last week, but this might have been affected. Please notify your seller to deliver the exact account. All chat messages using the messenger at PlayerAuctions are recorded and if he delivers an incorrect one, this can be used against him if problems arise.

    I was scammed by seller Devostitu he had a posting up https://www.playerauctions.com/fort...elling-fortnite-cheaper-v-buck-method-vbucks/ so i contacted him via Discord and he told me to send him 20 euros paypal in order to get vbuck trick so i sent it and he gave it to me and the trick was not working so he offered to sell me his account which he doesn't play for 40 euros then after i sent payment he blocked me on Discord.

    Hi there. This looks complicated because you discussed the transaction off-site. Under normal circumstances, we do not allow that. This is why we have an on-site messenger, so all discussions should take place there; this allows us to track all conversations so that when something goes wrong, we can provide support accordingly. If you haven't filed a dispute for this, please do so now by going to the Order page --- login at PlayerAuctions, go to my Account, then Orders, then select the order ID for this. On the order page there should be a dispute button. Other than that, you can also email [email protected], include the details of the issue, the order ID and your username. But to set your expectations, this will be difficult to resolve because you discussed the transaction on Discord.

    Hello again. I'm terribly sorry, this is is my mistake. It shows as already disbursing and it might be an issue with finance. Normally with that, it should be in the same schedule as the ones that got released yesterday, but there might be an issue where it displays as already being disbursed, but in reality it didn't reach the cutoff. I am really sorry about this, I will ask this to be prioritized and I'll let you know within 6-7 hours.

    Updating my issue; my account info still hasnt been delivered to me. As you suggested I messaged the seller on playerauctions to have the account info delivered via message. I'm not sure, at this point, that he's even going to send that to me considering he's already paid and has no reason to logon to playerauctions again.

    There has to be another way for you all to deliver me the info... can I maybe provide a different email address for you to send it to? This is getting really fucking ridiculous, its been almost two days now for an account I purchased with instant delivery.
