Link to/reason for TWC: SillySnakes
List of vouches since receiving TWC: i do not any recent vouches since i havent been able to trade for the couple of months due to issues at home, however i can supply screenshots of trades i have dealt through skype, which were customers from this site.
Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: ip audit linked to previous account which has been banned for an offence which i cannot remember.
Anything else you wish to say:
i have recently switched services to a new service provider and thought that i would be able to start a new account and wouldnt count as ban evading since i have a new ip. However i believe i have logged in my initial account with my new ip triggering the connection.
