"Once a DNT, always a DNT" only applies to people that scammed people (like you did) and didnt make an attempt to pay the victims back without the moderators of Sythe.org pushing you to do it. As I already paid everyone I could find back long ago, this obviously doesnt apply to me.

Please refer to my earlier piece of text. The difference is that you made no attempt to pay your victims back, as you were and still are a dirty scammer. This differs very much from my situation.

I am smart enough to know when I am not wanted in a chat full of haters. Most of the people hating were, at one point, asking the legendary Buyacc for help or aid in one way or another and now they show their true colors. Eventhough I have done nothing wrong.

Again, its another situation. You never showed empathy towards your scam victims, even to this day you just 'lol' about it. If I were a moderator you would be DNT for another year.

This made me laugh. Did you not get DNT/Banned for being a scammer in the past which led you to reaching out to your scam victims so you could make things right? So Technically without moderators of sythe.org pushing you to do it, your scam victims would of never been repaid. I don't know you, but you have some serious issues with processing thoughts.
