I have two ancient accounts, but want them both deleted for a new one?

I've been using Sythe for a very long time. I think since about around when it came out.

The issue is I use it on and off and forget my information and make multiple accounts. Now I have two accounts, only remember the information of one, and one of them is locked to my IP so I can't make another.

I want one final last and main account, how do I get my lost two deleted and my IP released to make one more new one?

Edit: Actually this account is from 2010, so it would be cool if I could just have the name changed and post history reset.

 

We do not delete Sythe accounts, neither is it possible to change the name without the requirements and have all posts removed.
